Puerto Rico residents outraged after discovering warehouse full of unused aid from Hurricane Maria

You misunderstand. The purpose of storing the hurricane aid to Puerto Rico, and not distributing it as was intended, was specifically for the purpose of attacking Trump.

It is a common Democrat tactic. Democrat Governor Chiles played that game of withholding aid with Bush41 in 1992 after hurricane Andrew. Just as Democrat Governor Blanco withheld aid, even preventing the Red Cross from providing aid, just so she could blame Bush43 after hurricane Katrina in 1995.

You have to understand that Democrats will gladly put other people's lives at risk in order to make a political point. They care absolutely nothing for any life, other than their own.

You dont live in PR. Your opinion doesnt matter.

It isn't an opinion. It is a fact, and facts always matter.

In your two dimensional cartoon world...
You have to understand that Democrats will gladly put other people's lives at risk in order to make a political point. They care absolutely nothing for any life, other than their own.
... is a fact but in the real life flesh and blood world sane people live in, its just a fantasy.

Wow, you just make this stuff up as you go?
His examples are correct. Blanco, in particular, was nasty about it.

They broke into a government warehouse and stole stuff paid for with taxpayer money.
Not exactly. It was paid for by US taxpayers but had been transferred to Puerto Rico's government.

Not due to logistics, due to Governor Chiles intentionally misdirecting his request for federal aid and also failing to make a formal written request, which every Governor knows they are required to do if they are seeking federal aid. Furthermore, when that aid finally arrived it was intentionally withheld and misdirected to cause as much harm as possible to the victims. Just so he could blame Bush41. Which explains why his approval rating dropped to 22% and his disapproval rating increased to 76% after hurricane Andrew. Florida residents were disgusted with his criminal behavior and eagerness to put their lives in jeopardy.

Democrats are true scum of the Earth, eager the sacrifice the lives of others.

I call BS, you said withheld. Lawton Chiles was an honorable man who loved Florida and lived there his whole life. I ask for a source and you dont even have the decency to quote it. They call that plagiarism. Who knew you and Joe Biden had so much in common?

It was the rant and claims about Dems that I take issue with. Don't care for hyperbole in any form.

Yes. What's your point?

The point is clear. He had an explosive diarrhea about the "Leftists" so I was playing his game. This has nothing to do with left vs. right. This is a disaster and it's hateful to use this disaster to bring politics into.

Absolute bull****. The left has been blaming Trump for not helping Puerto Rico since the hurricane hit. Don't cry not to bring politics into it when your side has been wallowing in the politics of it for months.

Turns out the narrative was wrong, now you want to run from the fallout.

There you go proving my point.

The hate is real.

Really? I think you need to review posts right here on this site about Preto Rico and aid and how it was all Trump's fault.

Go run cover for someone else.

Sorry I don't play hateful partisan game. This is a disaster and should be addressed.

None of this detracts from the narrative that Trump has not helped the people of Puerto Rico in recovering from a major hurricane in the same way as he so quickly did with Southern US states, such as Texas and Florida. Or that Trump regards brown Hispanic Americans as not being true Americans. Which is going to end up biting him very hard in the ass come 2020.

Its an island. He trusted the government there to do their job for their own people. He had the aid sent. The government now looks very corrupt indeed and may have withheld aid to blame Trump. It has nothing to do with race, it has to do with Orange man bad taking precedence over their own people.

Yep, because politics is part of the problem, sticking your head in the sand doesn't change that. Or at least pretending to do so.

So you agree that pointing fingers at each other is wrong? Good.

Project much?

This level of partisan hackery is normal in the forum, but that does not make it any less ignorant. You have a story about fraud and local governmental theft of relief supplies and all you have is this generic anti-Trump bigotry. Fortunately, there is an election in about nine months. You will find how small your club is.

So you agree that pointing fingers at each other is wrong? Good.

Politics may have played a very large part in withholding aid, playing semantic bull**** games doesn't do anyone any good. So maybe you should quit playing them.

Do you have reading comprehension difficulties? Your posts are often complete disconnects from the one you quote, this being one example.

You seem to think I am playing the game. Why? The OP is the one who played the game.

I guess you have a hard time understanding the point. This disaster is awful and it is not the time to hate on Democrats or Republicans, "Leftists" or "Rightists". Corruption is everywhere, doesn't matter where they are on the political spectrum.

You are correct. Your point does not come out of the post I quoted, or apply to the post you cited. Communication is wonderful, but you have to do your part.
