You are 100% correct. Destroying people's lives because they supported Donald Trump is applauded by Liberals.

It'll go to trial and Powell can call witnesses to testify, under oath. Witnesses like Comey, McCabe, Strzok, etc.

If they prosecute him for being an unregistered foreign agent, how would these witnesses be relevant?

He wasn't charged with lying to a Federal agent?

Judge Sullivan originally mistakenly thought Flynn was acting as a agent for Turkey while he was acting as national security adviser and he went off on Flynn . That was incorrect. Judge Sullivan took a recess then came back with an entirely changed attitude. He now knows Flynn wasn't working for Turkey when he was NSA for the United States. If anything Sullivan's mistake may make him give Flynn the benefit of the doubt.

The plea agreement clearly states that if he withdraws from the plea deal, he is subject to prosecution for the other crimes they were electing to not prosecute. He is CLEARLY guilty of operating as an unregistered foreign agent... He even went so far as to register after the fact came out....

If he withdraws his plea, let him be tried on all the other charges which were put aside. He got off far too lightly with his deal.
