He has proof? Did he lie in the Congressional report on reimbursement of expenses? I already provided proof that he wasn't in Benghazi, he was in Europe from 11/30 to 12/3. What proof have you provided? In fact, the Congressional report doesn't report him in Benghazi at all.

I understand you being against frivolous lawsuits, and I agree, but with an organization as big as CNN, how can they be punished. I mean, one purpose for lawsuits is to serve as a deterrent. With CNN, which has a huge liberal fan base, how else can you punish them, or deter them from doing it again? Things like this Nunes smear gets them ratings. Why would they change it?

Uh, dude, he turned it in on his expenses.

Whether he flew to Vienna directly, or want somewhere else in the EU first, I don’t know. But he went to Europe.

Then why is the trip listed as being to Europe, not to Benghazi? Generally people do not list a layover as their destination.

Don't know, why does he have pictures of him in Benghazi at that time. You fly to Istanbul [Europe] and fly or boat to Libya. I suspect he flew private from Istanbul to Libya.

People need to use logic and reason. If he says he wasn't there, chances are he wasn't. In today's world. he knows how easy it is for the evil ones to refute this if he was wrong.

If you are going to claim slander/libel you better be ready to prove it (although Dear Leader wants to 'open up' those libel laws so he can more easily sue anyone who says a bad word about him). Nunes has yet to show evidence of what he was doing in Europe.

Devin Nunes was in Benghazi at the time CNN said he was in Vienna and he has the pictures to prove it. Nunes is a public figure so maybe they will get away with it but they cannot do it with malice. So we shall see how this plays out.

He said he was in Europe according to house records that he submitted. So is he lying about Europe, or is he lying about Benghazi?

Link to those pictures? I provided a link to the house records where Nunes submitted that he was going to Europe.
