House Intelligence report says Trump abused power | TheHill

Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee on Tuesday unveiled the much-awaited findings of their weeks-long impeachment investigation, laying out in blow-by-blow detail the basis for their allegations that President Trump abused the power of his office.

The 300-page report does not recommend specific articles of impeachment — leaving those decisions to the Judiciary Committee — but it paints a damning portrait of Trump’s dealings with Ukraine and all but asserts that those actions warrant his removal from office.

All of the House Dems' "evidence" is hearsay, assuming and presuming.

Anyone think that minority members on the House Intel Comm. will call Nunes and Harvey to refute the report and exonerate Rudi and Lev?

If this ever gets to the Senate, I think Schiffty needs to be called and questioned whether he obtained a subpoena for all those phone records and, if he did, why he kept it secret from his own committee.

If he didn't, I'm sure Barr will be interested in looking into that illegal action.

That's an absurd comment because much of what it says quotes directly from witness testimony under oath, backed up by over 400 footnotes to the source documents. That is what we call "evidence."
