SLAPP stands for "Strategic lawsuit against public participation". It means a knowingly frivolous lawsuit designed to bully people into being quiet.

I never said the Nunes trip never happened ... I said the Vienna trip never happened.

Like it says in the Newsweek link: "... Reports filed with the Office of the Clerk for the House of Representatives show that Nunes claimed expenses for a four-day trip to Europe at the time in question between November 30 and December 3. ..."

And SLAPP doesn't apply to intentional defamation. As a law student, you have failed Do not pass GO and do not collect one red cent.

Funny I haven't listened to Rush for years. But, projection is the mainstay of the left. The sad thing is you don't know you are doing it. I don't think psychiatrists will ever figure out how leftists cannot connect dots.

There is no way for Nunes to prove actual malice. It will be dismissed the moment CNN files their first briefs.

LOL. Funny, but clearly Trump needed to escape the fire under his ass and cool off in Afghanistan. After 3 years as President, it's about f**king time he went to see our troops in Afghanistan. I'm guessing it'll probably be his last visit too.
