They have a responsibility to remain within the legal definitions of guilt and innocence. Mueller did not do that.

Democrats have gone crazy. Everything Trump does is to them an impeachable offense. I'm not sure if they realize how stupid they make themselves look by attempting to impeach Trump over every little thing when the American people can see right through their politically motivated corrupt crap.

What trump did was wrong. Now his defenders will never admit it but if just for a moment they would take the blinders off they would have to admit it too.

Trump will be impeached and rightfully so. The senate will not remove him from office. They will make up all sorts of reasons why but the real reason is they are terrified of trumps base. Its really the only republican base left.

Now trumps reelection is what is kind of up in the air. I sure would hate it. But then i couldn't believe he was elected the first time. Learned a lot about my fellow Americans since trumps election. Mighty ugly picture it is.

Trump hasn't been prevented from defending himself. In fact, he refuses, in defiance of law, to defend himself. His lawyers didn't even accept the invitation to today's hearing.

1. Not saying before the election that he would accept the results of the election if he lost.
2. Having immoral sex years ago.
3. Paying money to a prostitute to keep her quiet.
4. Not allowing democrats to rifle through his tax returns looking for something to nail him on.
5. Colluding with Russians to deliver Hillary's emails to the public to her everlasting shame.
6. Saying Obama's birth certificate was never verified by forensics experts.
7. Asking the Ukrainians to aid in investigating crimes involving Americans in Ukraine.
8. Working to establish diplomatic ties with North Korea, Russia and China, among others.
9. Moving the US embassy to Jerusalem.
10. Texting too much and calling leftist liberals in the media liars.
11. Taking the US out of international efforts to rob Americans for money to spend on worldwide global warming.

What democrats despise Trump for:

1. Suggesting the Bidens were involved in Ukrainian corruption.
2. Saying Hillary was a crook for destroying government property she was required by law to turn over to Congress.
3. Firing Comey for gross incompetence, lying and partisanship.
4. Refusing to accept the democrat narrative about Trump/Russian collusion.
5. Voiding the expensive peace pact Obama made with Iranian terrorists.
6. Trying to stop illegal immigration, child trafficking, and terrorists at our southern border.

Trying to coordinate partisan talking points is expected. Coordinating them with dishonesty is unfortunate. The strangest thing to me, though, is how Republicans have decided to preempt news with fabricated descriptions of events. They're publishing a dissent before the opinion gets issued, so to speak. It worked well enough with Barr/Mueller, so it looks like they're going to keep running the same play.

Who knows? I don't think many political insiders will go to jail considering the tendency of the political establishment to overlook the crimes of their own, both republican and democrat. Like Jesus said, they are of the world and the world loves their own.

Juries find indicted individuals guilty, not prosecutors. Mueller said that the DoJ rules prevent him from indicting Trump -- not that he was innocent. Under those rules, if Trump robbed a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in front of 100 witnesses and video cameras, the DoJ rules would prevent indictment, even though his guilt was without doubt.

Exactly which is why Mueller cannot pronounce he isn't guilty but he's not exonerated, its past his authority. That is what a jury decides.

Republicans would never impeach a president for being a member of the wrong party, just like a Christian would never discriminate against another for supposedly having the wrong skin color.
