Fraternities are antediluvian.
Having been in one, I couldn't agree more.

In some cases, yes, violence was verbal. In plenty of other cases, violence has been physical..
In some cases, yes, violence was verbal. In plenty of other cases, violence has been physical. I'm not sure why you're trying so hard to minimize racism and violence in cases of discrimination. It's a really trashy look.
Nope, none of these incidents were violent.

Syracuse fraternity: Racist incidents lead to suspension
"The school*previously revealed that it was investigating other recent bias incidents. One involved*anti-Semitic graffiti depicting a swastika; another was a student loudly yelling a racial epithet derogatory to African Americans. A third incident, targeting Asians, was reported last week."
This is not liberalism run amok on college campuses. It isn't an overzealous PC culture. These are several incidents of overt racism, discrimination, and harassment perpetrated by adult Americans in public in the year 2019. We had all better wake up before (more) people get hurt.
Feeling victimized again?
I am from Syracuse. Upstate New York is very red, so this does not surprise me.
There sure are a buncha stories about rabid racism occuring in the North coming out lately. Those blue states sure seem to be full of racists.
Ok if its not liberalism running amok what is it?
When its theeft using offensiveanguage and gestures its defended as free speech. What is the same behaviour when its theeft that are the ones that are offended? Let me guess, hate crimes?

Isnt it?Being a racist ****head isn't "challenging the boundaries of social conformity."
Oh oh. The phony narrative is unraveling. One part of the 'rampant racism at Syracuse U' story has now been confirmed to be a hoax. "Shocking!"...
said no one.

Perhaps we should be asking who or what has motivated young minorities to perpetrate hate crime hoaxes against themselves.
You said that harassment can't be alleged for single incidents. Then you posted a section of the TX penal code that says exactly what I said when I told you you're wrong.
Ah, that's where we headed. I'll just report and bow out.
I don't know what any of that means.
