Burisma is owned by a very corrupt, long investigated guy and the Biden's worked for him taking $50k a month and laundering it through Biden Jr.!! That is why Trump wants the investigation! Now does the liberal understand?

wrong!!! There were numerous investigations opening and closing all the time depending on who was in power and which way the wind was blowing. Putting Biden on board was designed to help the image and use daddy's reputation to ward off investigations.

On Feb. 24, 2016, a State Department official sent an email discussing an overture from a representative for Burisma, the Ukrainian gas firm, to Undersecretary of State Catherine Novelli. The Burisma representative argued that the allegations against the company were baseless, according to an email chain released as part of a lawsuit filed by investigative journalist John Solomon. The Burisma representative specifically cited Hunter Biden’s name as the reason for why the allegations should stop.

yes!! US aid to Ukraine was always dependent upon their anti-corruption investigations! Trump changed nothing. Its insane to impeach him for encouraging another investigation especially when there was a huge smoking gun in plain site: Biden took $50k per month and laundered it through his son!

Lets take Biden off committing a crime just being on the board for a moment...because I think a lot of things are still missing.


1) Burisma is an energy lobbying company owned but a Russian Oligarch. Doing business in Ukraine
2) The Russian oligarch is the one that got raided and Burisma to which he owned was under investigation for corruption
3) Burisma and said oligarch has been watched for a while
4) Then comes Hunter Biden...... (regardless of relevance) He is put on the board and paid a large sum of money (Regardless of money) Why Hunter Biden? Was there a reason usually....and this is my speculation A board member is selected for their ability to fulfill the fiduciary responsibilities of the company? Was that what Hunter Biden was doing? Fulfilling these duties at $50,000 to $83,0000 a month? HE could have.


Now the concerns...

1) Again as a board member you have a fiduciary responsibility to fulfill, I am not previewed to such a high level board but I have been on a couple and have gone through a couple of board interviews before and usually..... there are duties and responsibilities.
2) Could it be that there was no tangible benefit out side of the POLITICAL leverage as a "Biden" that could benefit from being on the board?
3) Was there lobbying From Burisma through the state department through Hunter Biden for Access to the Obama administrations... !!!!!WHOOPS!!!!!! FOIA reports have just found direct ACCESS State Department official making contact with Hunter Biden in regards to Burisma's Investigation.... UH OH.......


So again..... lets be fair..... Sure maybe Hunter Biden was just luck.... Maybe thats what happens with influence... You get to go on a board do nothing and get paid like crazy (I am thinking Bruce Wayne in batman.....Trust Fund Baby) But there has been layers of concerns that there was IN FACT...... Lobbying and P2P access through Hunter from Burisma to the State department.

Are you NOT concerned about it? Or is it just like the time, Clinton Got Paid $500,000 for a speech.... Or how the Moroccan Government paid for Access to HRC through the state department?


Because a Democrat does it sweep it under the rug? yeah?

Also, no I am not concerned about it, this was investigated and Biden wasn't involved in wrongdoing....being paid $50k a month is not illegal and getting a job based on your last name certainly isn't a crime...it might be scuzzy, but it isn't illegal. The guy who owns Burisma owns a company in Cypress. He is a Ukrainian, not a Russian...he was born in Kiev.

How is it corrupt or illegal to get paid for the job you were hired for?
I worked for a company that every single executive at the top went to prison. I worked for them for 8 years....I wasn't involved in their illegal activities and my collecting a paycheck certainly wasn't wrong...in fact, they stole my 401k because of it.

except your problem is you keep saying this is Biden's company and that they stopped an investigation into the company....no one stopped the investigation...the prosecutor was fired for NOT investigating Burisma and the company doesn't belong to Biden.

“According to Tramontano there is no evidence of corruption, has been no hearing or process, and evidence to the contrary has not been considered.”

This sounds like the meeting was so that they can point out that they aren't guilty of corruption. I have no problem with someone arguing their innocence. You have zero proof in that allegation that money was exchanged with the Obama administration to drop any investigation into Burisma. Further, fund were withheld because they weren't being investigated.....so that made it much more likely they would be.....the opposite happened from what they wanted. Biden didn't draft the email.

OH NO NO I am not implying guilt... But the application of "investigating" is legit or fair no?


We have been on a Russian Conspiracy for a while "investigation" with NO actual crime that was committed. We did the investigation.

We are doing this QPQ investigation YET there is NO crime that actually happened. (yet) Aid is given, No exchange, and no investigation into bidens...


HRC had a private server, transmitted classified documents (actual crime) but was not charged....


These FOIA request were just released about a week ago. So its STILL very fresh of course there was no hearings or process just yet....... But it seems like there might be more (with a proper investigation) NO?

we can investigate Biden until the cows come home....or until my Great Pyranese learns to come when his name is called...
that said////// WE as in Americans, the US government....foreign governments have no place influencing our elections and if you want to convince me this wasn't political you will have to show me where he requested the Ukraine to investigate other Americans that weren't his political opponents.

To be honest, Trump should be impeached for what he did to veterans...during the campaign he used them, got donations for 'veterans' and then used those donations for his own campaign instead of using it for veterans...now surely all of us have a problem with that? I have even bigger problems with that betrayal than even what is going on here...but what is going on here is political and he is bribing another country into getting involved in our elections or he would not have insisted on a public statement.

Also, I am not the FBI, I don't know why they didn't charge Hillary Clinton and if there was enough evidence to charge her....but I don't put a lot of stock in Trump...he after all also insisted that Obama wasn't born in the US...which we all know is untrue.

His aim was a public anti-corruption statement by Ukraine to release the AID. burden of proof falls on the accuser. I would like you to show me WHERE. Trump directed Zelensky, NOT just hear say.. But a direct transcript to which it was a specific request of personal political gain.

A multi facted statement was made... NOT specific to Burisma, and Biden. But Crowdstrike, 2016 election, The Fired Prosecutor, His disdain for Maire Yovanavich. BUT NOTHING proves it was a direct personal political hit job on the Bidens....

Except that Trump was withholding military assistance unless the Ukrainian president publicly announced an inquiry (that has no evidence).

Trump is going to be impeached...just like Bill Clinton.
