The American drug crisis is the direct and predictable result of extremely poor public policy brought and defended by the federal government.
Nobel Laureates like Milton Friedman and William Buckley have been describing this for many decades.
And the cartel crisis in Mexico is the result of similar governmental failures, as well as the demand for drugs in the U.S. None of which is the result of a failed Mexican culture.
