House Republicans barge into secure room, disrupt planned testimony

We've got our wackos too. Nunes hails from the great state of California. So did Rohrabacher til we threw his ass out.

The really insulting thing about all of this is that Republicans are going to claim they conducted themselves with integrity and distinction during the Trump years. It will be like the gas lighting were already seeing now, times a billion.

Yeah, they will go to the grave maintaining they were aggrieved and wronged. They're basically wannabe Joan of Arcs.

Desperation is setting in:

A group of House Republicans barged into a secure room at the Capitol on Wednesday where the latest witness in the Democrat-led impeachment inquiry was set to testify, temporarily shutting down the proceedings.

The disruption delayed closed-door testimony from Laura Cooper, the Pentagon official who oversees Ukraine policy, whom lawmakers planned to ask about the White House’s decision to withhold military aid for several months over the summer...

Pathetic stunt designed to fire up the ignorant rubes.

Gaetz is a pygmy.

Dude, Trump's goose is cooked. The only question left is will the GOP show that they have ANY integrity by removing this piece of **** criminal from office.

No, the only question is "Do D's still believe in innocence until PROVEN guilty"?

I'll record your vote as "No".

Speaker Pelosi needs to come down on hard on this infantile behavior.

If they are on the committees, why weren't they in for the interview?

It is your claim that Republican committee members do not take part in the depositions?

Pick up a copy of the Constitution at your local children's library. You can probably find one with pop ups and pictures to make it easy for you to read.

I think if he actually opened a book and a pop up jumped out at him he may have a coronary...

Impeachment is a political process, not a legal process.

Your line: "...in each case of Presidential impeachments the opposing party was the House majority" says everything anyone needs to know about what has gone on in impeachment.

Without even reading one name I 99% expect that Ohio's Jim Jordan would be front and center in this slimy study. He and the others disgraced themselves and their offices today.

Do you have a list of who was there?

Is there good reason to believe that the some of committee were prevented from attending?
Or did the folks who did not attend just choose to be elsewhere?

Why was it closed door? Who was in the deposition? Why is the President's council not allowed in a deposition being taken regarding claims against him?

Well, THAT says volumes about your desire for justice. I record your vote as "Don't care about justice".

A political conviction is a different standard than a legal conviction. You could impeach Trump for having blonde hair if you had the political might.

These clowns will be remembered about as fondly as the Nixon true believers.

Even more fondly, as even Trump makes Nixon look not so bad. Trump is the bottom of the scum barrel.

Because the con artists in the republicant house are NOT IN THESE COMMITTEES..

I know republicans disdain rules but too ****ing bad.

There are republicans IN the hearings; on those committees.

**** these clowns. Throw them in jail for disrupting a duly processed deposition. The Cons have treated protesters as such in the past.

Treat them as they treat us.

LOCK THEM UP.

Bing!

Yeah, nothing says "banana republic" like arresting the other party because they want to hear what's going on in Schiff's secret, unconstitutional meetings. :lamo

They probably busted in on a Leftist circle jerk....like this thread.
