It seems a bit odd that criminal matters (mishandling of classified data) are "handled internally" by the State Department. This is much like police shootings being "handled" by the police department holding "internal investigations".

In the end, State Department investigators found 38 current or former employees “culpable” of violating security procedures — none involving material that had been marked classified — in a review of roughly 33,000 emails that had been sent to or from the personal computer system Clinton used.​

You arent getting it. No one has ever claimed that State Department personnel were guilty of anything. Even worse, you are now pretending that the 33,000 emails deleted by Hillary are the 33,ooo emails in question here. They cant be and arent.

Anyone that has ever worked in the civil service or military that claims there was no deliberate act involved here is simply a liar. If they are making that claim solely out of their idiotic mindless defense of their partisan ideology they are not only liars but hypocrites.

It has been proven by HRCs own word that many of the emails found on her private server were classified and there is literally no way for email to cross from NIPRNET to SIPRNET without a deliberate and intentional action involved. Its simply a fact. The only way to get from NIPR to SIPR is deliberate.



But I suppose Comey was a liar and thats why the democrats supported his firing.
