This year [2019], Coalition forces have significantly expanded the base at Lafarge Cement Plant, which is currently the largest base for U.S. and Coalition forces in military and logistical terms, with eight helicopters and six French helicopters in the base, forming a large strike force.
"Some call it Kharab Ashiq base in reference to the nearby village, only 20 km from the Turkish border.

Ain Issa Coalition Base
Expansion of base at Ain Issa (Source: Zamanalwsl, September 22, 2019)
"Significant expansion of the logistics base at Ain Issa: Since the beginning of this year, the Americans have expanded the base of Ain Issa over a very large area. The base is dedicated to logistical support and various logistics operations, affiliated with several separate and spaced centers surrounding it as ammunition and logistics depots.
"Over the past two years, 2018-2019, U.S. bases (coalition forces) and other forces in Syria have undergone significant changes in one of the following areas:
"Establishing new bases that did not exist before.
"Expanding and consolidating some older bases.
"Definitive evacuation of certain bases.
"Moving some bases to different areas.
"Most of the major oil and gas fields currently have small bases of up to 50 U.S. troops securing them." So multiply your 50 troops times the number of US & Coalition bases identified in the strategic map. If you don't know by now Trump lies 24/7 there's nothing anyone can do for you. However, others can be advised of the specifics of Trump's lies.
"Turkey's urgent desire to establish a safe zone within Syrian borders will be hampered by the positions of these bases, some of which are only a few kilometers from the border, some of which have been built relatively recently."
Here's an aerial view of another of the many Coalition bases in northern Syria at the Turkish border that are being abandoned by Trump:
Shadadi Base
One of the largest American bases in Syria, established by the U.S. army forces after Daesh (ISIS) was expelled from the town of Shadadi; it is a focal point for the U.S.strike forces there. It includes a camp for Marines as well as an airbase of eight attack helicopters, in addition to being a logistics base for U.S. troops and Kurdish forces operating there. The base extends for four kilometers and two kilometers inwidth.
"The Americans have deliberately set up the base near the most important oil fields in the region, Al-Jabsa and Kubaiba.
Whatever the cost in bucks of these bases there are a lot of bases, equipment, facilities and so on to leave behind for the Turks to gain at the expense of the US & Coalition forces and countries.
As I don't mind revealing sources to you in particular, there are a lot more US & Coalition bases photographed and reported at this link. You can always get yourself a professional estimator for any cost figures you'd be interested in. Your interest in specific costs is your own and is not in my department.
