Dear Mr. President,Let’s work out a good deal! You don’t want to be responsible for slaughtering thousands of people, and I don’t want to be responsible for destroying the Turkish economy—and I will. I've already given you a little sample with respect to Pastor Brunson.
I have worked hard to solve some of your problems. Don't let the world down. You can make a great deal. General Mazloum is willing to negotiate with you, and he is willing to make concessions that they would never have made in the past. I am confidentially enclosing a copy of his letter to me, just received.
History will look upon you favorably if you get this done the right and humane way. It will look upon you forever as the devil if good things don't happen. Don't be a tough guy. Don't be a fool!
I will call you later.
Sincerely,
Donald Trump

Evidently Trump decided to send one of Barron's homework assignments to Erdogan.

Reads like a 6 year old doing an imitation of Al Capone.

This is pure insanity. That text is so unpresidential it is bonkers. Just the latest evidence that Trump is severely mentally ill and not fit for his high office. He must be removed ASAP as he is a threat to the American people and much of the world.

The way that was written... I am surprised it did not have a 'be my friend' sticker on it.

Dear Mr President of Turkey.

Will you stop attacking the Kurds?

[] Yes
[] No

Please put your reply in my gym locker.

Trump and Erdogan have had a man-crush on each other for years. This tweet from Ivanka was to Erdogan essentially thanking him for letting Trump build a Twin Trump Towers in Istanbul. What did Erdogan get from Trump in return I wonder? Oh wait....Syria maybe?

And he's accusing the Bidens of conflicts of interest!

At least the WH staff was smart enough to hide the crayons.

Trump just got a big '****-you' message from Erdogan

[h=1]Turkey rebuffs U.S. calls for truce in Syria, demands Kurdish fighters disarm[/h]https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/erdogan-rejects-us-offer-to-mediate-cease-fire-with-kurds-in-syria/2019/10/16/1bf95fd8-ef87-11e9-bb7e-d2026ee0c199_story.html

ISTANBUL — Turkey rebuffed U.S. calls for a cease-fire in northeastern Syria as it pressed ahead Wednesday with an offensive targeting Syrian Kurdish forces and demanded that the fighters lay down their arms.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Wednesday that Kurdish fighters should “drop their weapons” and withdraw from designated border areas. Turkey launched the offensive last week to rout Kurdish-led forces it says pose a threat to national security along the Turkish frontier, where it hopes to establish a buffer zone.

Erdogan’s apparent rejection of U.S. mediation came as Vice President Pence and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo prepared to fly to Turkey to persuade Ankara to end a campaign that has become a political liability for the Trump administration and a potential threat to U.S. troops.

I know we've known that Trump's stupidity and acts based on it hurt the country and people.

But this is really in your face - his stupidity LITERALLY gets people killed.

****.

It already has gotten people killed and ISIS freed ...

Well to be fair, when has Trump ever behaved presidential?

Notice how we have not heard from any of Trump's cult yet. They are waiting for Hannity to spit or swallow with Trump so they can get their rationalizations for this one.

Of course, America has no bargaining chips any longer. Trump gave them all away. The U.S. base in Syria is now under Russian control. Now Russia has a foothold in the Middle East, for the first time. All that money Putin spent on the 2016 election is paying off in spades.

I can not wait to hear how this was the greatest love letter in the history of diplomacy.......
