US veterans condemn Trump for allowing wholesale slaughter of allies in Syria

I'm 'racist' because of the way I treat Obama??? What kind of dumbass reasoning is that? Not to mention that Obama doesn't have a damn thing to do with what we are discussing here. You're going have to work better and harder than this to earn your stipend from the Russian troll factory.

Once again, rules for thee and not for me.

Guess I can't play by the same rules as the little kids table anymore.

its clear that putler&erdogan´s cuckold trump , what he will say about this (US veterans condemn Trump for allowing wholesale slaughter of allies in Syria) ? fake news again ?

Yes because no treaty or agreement makes us allies with the Kurds while the NATO agreement does make us allies of Turkey.

We've been talking about pulling out for a long time now and I for one did not like the idea of keeping our forces there on such a basis.

Saying that the Kurds are dying with Trump's blessing, is being intentionally dishonest.

This is war, people die, learn to deal with it.

The US's allies should learn to do things on their own eventually. We cannot be a permanent police force for nearly the entire planet.

Not to mention that Congress has never authorized the use of military force in Syria.

Looks like ol' Trumpy done went and bought himself his very own Benghazi.

On the other hand, his actions could save American lives and treasures. Sure, that means throwing a respected allie under the bus, but hey. They're Kurds. Right?

I understand the outrage. I do. I really do. But this illusion of American exceptionalism, the bastion of what is righteous and upstanding, doesn't exist anymore. We have lost the moral high ground and we dig the hole deeper on a daily basis. Now days, the rest of the world pretty much views us like this ------->

Trump pulled the U.S. troops at the request of Turkey. They want to kill the Kurds. Trump could have said "no," but he did not. He said "The Kurds weren't with us at Normandy," and that justifies the U.S. turning its back as the slaughter begins.

This is war, people die, learn to deal with it.

That sounds like something Trump would say to a grieving widow. Actually, he kinda did.

What U.S. allies are learning is that they cannot trust the U.S. We will turn our backs on them for no good reason.

Who knew Democrats loved war so much?

They hated Bush II's wars.

Until they became Obama's wars.

Then they stopped caring.

And now they love Bush II, saving their (out)rage for only Trump.

It's all very...

...odd.

It seems to me they just hate whatever Trump likes- its TDS, pure and simple.

you forgot to mention Napoleon

That was intentional as it has no relevance to our topic of discussion. And he said

“After defeating 100% of the ISIS Caliphate, I largely moved our troops out of Syria. Let Syria and Assad protect the Kurds and fight Turkey for their own land. I said to my Generals, why should we be fighting for Syria and Assad to protect the land of our enemy? Anyone who wants to assist Syria in protecting the Kurds is good with me, whether it is Russia, China, or Napoleon Bonaparte. I hope they all do great, we are 7,000 miles away!”

We are an ally with Turkey under the NATO agreement, we are not an ally with the Kurds under any such agreement. AND while Congress Authorized the use of force in both Afghanistan and Iraq, our adventures into Libya and Syria have had no such authorizations.

answer is here.

trump sold kurds to his cuckold vova putler so its official trump is a traitor

Not to mention that Congress has never authorized the use of military force in Syria.

See, I thought that got mulled over when we sent forces out the first time and then it was addressed. But it's just another piece of information that ended up being passed over.

Seeing as he had to make a choice. Something tells me the lot of you would be looking for a way to whine about it, not matter what.

I didn't ask a question.

Actually an alliance of Syria, the Kurds and Russia will be fighting the Turks.

"Russia will be fighting the Turks" don't you have a News channel at home? Putin just takes lands from USA hands , without any fight, with other words, Putin cuckolds trump totally

Putin didn't take anything. He is picking up the scraps of what we don't want, a piece of another country.

See, I thought that got mulled over when we sent forces out the first time and then it was addressed. .

How was it "addressed"? You heard someone say we don't need another resolution from Congress?

I'm actually not even sure anymore. It's been a long time since I've seen anything about this issue that wasn't associated with us just being there.

TDS is currently slaughtering the Kurds, who are supported by none other than Evangelical Leaders.

The dictators of Turkey, Syria, Ru$$ia, and Iran, along with Daesh, appreciate the support of trumpublicowards.

U.S. Veterans, whose lives were saved by our Kurdish Allies, now hold the greatest contempt for this traitorous skkkumbag and his cowardly supporters.

US veterans condemn Trump for allowing ‘wholesale slaughter’ of allies in Syria | The Independent

WOW... they could have asked hundreds of veterans and got a "who cares" answer.

Then they get a few answers that fit the agenda, and end up misrepresenting the views of veterans.

Very dishonest article.

.

Havent heard much about the slaughtering of Kurds since they used that picture from a Georgia shooting range and claimed it was the slaughtering of Kurds.

The New Democratic Party warmongers.
Nah. Most of us are natural Republicans, just disgusted with our Commander in Chief choosing to be a cowardly, back stabbing, fool.

Not really. We spent months negotiating buffer zones, joint patrol areas, etc., that meet Turkish and Kurdish security concerns. All Trump had to do was "decide" to keep what we had already achieved. But then he wandered off script in a phone call with Erdogan, and green-lit a ****ing invasion, that he has since decided (woops!) was bad, and moved to sanction Turkey for, because - and, this should surprise precisely nobody at this point - Trump is making this up as he goes along, and doesn't know what he's doing.

When Trump does the right thing, I laud it. But this is an abysmal unforced error, opposed by his own hand picked advisors and the actual experts on the ground and in the Pentagon, and for which we will pay in blood.

Then he'll pay in time and that should be the end of it. But as we've seen with many in the resist camp, that they're more willing to push for more than what is necessary here.

I don't know if he'll pay or not. And simply because people are often hysterical and idiotic in their attacks against Trump is not an excuse for him making strategically stupid decisions that severely harm the United States.
