Trump Lashes Out at Fox News Poll as Barr Meets With Murdoch

Attorney General William P. Barr met privately Wednesday evening with Rupert Murdoch, the media mogul who is one of President Trump's frequent confidants but whose Fox News is viewed by the president as more hostile toward him than it used to be.

The meeting was held at Mr. Murdoch’s home in New York, according to someone familiar with it. It was unclear if anyone else attended or what was discussed. Aides to both Mr. Murdoch and Mr. Barr declined requests for comment on the meeting.

What reason could the U.S. Attorney General has for meeting privately with a billionaire who just happens to own News Corp? Was he there to complain to Murdoch that his Fox News isn't treating Trump good enough? What's he going to do about that, threaten Murdoch or work out a pay for play deal with him on Trump's behalf?

So many questions, so few answers.

Ah, the propagandists are angry that the propaganda machine isn't pumping out their propaganda like they used to.

I have a theory that he’s possibly looking into how the same words and phrases go verbatim through the anti-Trump media as if some central authority is issuing them talking points. And one may wonder where these talking points are coming from - domestic or foreign.

Fox replays clips of the media talking heads all using identical phraseology, on topic after topic.

Should the MSM be sharing talking points among the networks if they are competitors?

Hey now, Barr might just be looking to replace Andrew Nap in the future, we don't know!

Hey remember that time that Bill Clinton just happened to be in the same airport as Loretta Lynch and just decided to stop by her airplane and say hi? That was considered Iron Clad proof by Fox News that Clinton was trying to Obstruct the Investigation into his wife.

Now you're telling me the Attorney General is showing up at Rupert Murdoch's house?

Well, if FOXNews has finally found their backs up against the wall to the point they can no longer sell their fiction as being anything short of fantasy, what miniscule credibility they may still possess will be lost and this could cost them dollars. They will always have their crazy viewers. But the loss of the more objective audience will hurt their bottom line.

Face it. It's been getting harder and harder to sell Trump's BS. Maybe they have come to a line they refuse to cross? Nah.... It's about $$$.

But, on the bright side, Trump still has Rasmussen.

And on the same hand because it comes out of the president's mouth, you can count on it not being true, believe me.

You of all people want to go down the road of "because it was printed doesn't make it true?
Obey-Kaybe.

Two foxes in the hen house. I'm guessing they were talking about russian adoption.

The high cheekbone lying grandmother?

I know you are probably trying to be funny. But sadly for you, that one went over like Trump on the South lawn.

But shouldn't the Attorney General of the United States be doing stuff like supervising and directing the administration and operations of all of the the offices, boards, divisions, and bureaus that comprise the Department of Justice? Should the AG of the U.S. be tasked with flying all over the world meeting with world leaders to try and talk them into digging up dirt on Joe and Hunter Biden? Should Barr really be taking time away from his duty to represent the United States in legal matters to meet with an Australian billionaire who owns a bunch of stuff including FOX News?

Perhaps this is because FOX News was rightfully called out for using Trump's spin instructions in its reporting of the transcript material. And when the entire world is using the same phraseology, it may be time to ask yourself why FOX is the only one trying to avoid it. One can't talk about the sun without using words like hot, round, or yellow.

You know, the moment you choose to be more than this manipulated partisan hack you present yourself as will be the moment the world makes a lot more sense to you. Trump has given the global media and the entire world every excuse to be anti-Trump as far back as the campaign trail. The constant criticism comes from throughout the political spectrum and out of every region on the planet. It comes from Democrats, Republicans, and foreign allies. In fact, the only ones that refrain from criticizing him are our enemies, like Russia or North Korea. Trump consistently makes fools out of his blind political base and all you people can do is ask for more. Have some self-respect for a change.

I recognize that your types like to pretend that the media is simply anti-Trump, but your implication is that this criticism is based on partisanship. You maintain a false vision where all the media is "liberal" while FOX alone stands as a vanguard to protect your delusions and misguided notions of reality. With even Trump criticizing FOX for not supporting him enough, I would think that you and others would see it for the propaganda garbage it obviously is. Trump consistently proves worthy of criticism and this is why even FOX news is having more and more difficulty towing the Conservative line.

And do yourself a favor: ask somebody to read for you the definition of a Caliphate.

It would appear so. It's strange that a President so caught up with "fake news" would yell at the press for reporting news because it isn't favorable to him. I think Trump loves fake news, but only fake news that speaks to his glory.
