Support for Trump impeachment rises 12 points in new poll

Support for Trump impeachment rises 12 points in new poll | TheHill

A new Hill-HarrisX survey on Friday found support for impeachment proceedings against President Trump has risen 12 points compared to a similar poll conducted three months ago.

The survey was conducted on Sept. 26-27, just days after House Democrats started a formal impeachment inquiry over a whistleblower complaint involving Trump’s communications with Ukraine.

Vox populi, vox Dei

So what are the Democrats waiting for ? When are they going to vote ?

The case against Burisma Holdings and it's owner was closed and charges dismissed after Shokin was fired...
John Buretta: For us it was important to close all cases against Burisma and Nikolay Zlochevskyi in a legally sound manner - Feb. 01, 2017 | KyivPost | KyivPost - Ukraine's Global Voice

And I thought he was fired because he wouldn't investigate Burisma Holdings ?

Burisma entered a settlement for tax evasion and paid $7.4 million in September 2016. Even mentions it in your article. Shokin left in late March. How much did they pay while Shokin was there?

Impeachment for what? no crime was committed.
the leftist scum dogs have opened the can of worms.
no putting it back in now.

It's been said twice before that a crime need not be committed for impeachment to occur, but I'd thought I'd follow up with slightly more information.

Also, I notice you tend to repeat your falsehoods even after its pointed out that you're incorrect, so consider this a before-the-post fact check.

This is a good summary:

What does the Constitution say about impeachment?

It’s in Article II of the Constitution, which sets up the presidency and executive branch but also lays out a way to remove the president. The key clause is: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

“High crimes and misdemeanors” is the phrase you will hear invoked frequently as the bar lawmakers are using to determine whether an action is impeachable. It is generally understood to mean a violation of oath of office, not necessarily a crime in the traditional sense of breaking the law. That means there doesn’t have to be clear evidence of a crime for Congress to impeach the president.

Melania's face at the Inauguration ... tells everything !!!!

She knew America was about to be Screwed and Fleeced Worst Than It's Ever Been Since the days it was Screwed and its Integrity Insulted by Andrew Johnson, who tried to give former Slaver another method to try and get free labor and Andrew Jackson, who marched American Indians to their death and relocated them on "Non Fertile Land" !!!!

Not for the conservatives, you seem to forget impeaching a president over a blow job and all the fake outrage and the fake superior moral high ground. Now you have completely flipped on every moral position you once claimed to hold. Your words are empty and valueless.
1. We impeached him for lying under oath, a violation of law.

2. I've said multiple times now that Trump being impeached is probably best for the country. Maybe you're a bit off in your critique, here.

Wait ? Joe Biden leveraged 1 billion dollars in US aid over an investigation into tax fraud ? That doesn't sound right. That's overkill, don't you think ?

Besides, whether they paid back taxes or not, the investigation was closed, including the investigation into corruption and charges against the owner were dropped AFTER Shokin was fired.
This narrative that Shokin was forced out by Biden because he was corrupt and he WOULDN'T investigate Burisma is absurd

After Shokin was fired Burisma Holdings sent their legal team to meet Ukrainian officials to offer "an apology for dissemination of false information by U.S. representatives and public figures"

Here's a link to the Ukrainian Govt official account of the meeting...

Why would Burisma apologize to the new Ukrainian Prosecutor for " false information disseminated US Representatives and public officials ?

Because the false information that was being disseminated by US public officials was that Shokin was corrupt.

Yeah, that would be overkill. But can you imagine how much more overkill it would have been if the alleged acts by Burisma, that were being investigated, took place before Hunter Biden joined the company? Then it would be hard to believe that his push towards firing Shokin had anything substantial to do with the investigation.

No maybe about it, I am off on my critique of you.
It was still about a blowjob, which I mentioned for prospective. I appreciate the correction, And respect you for condemning them both, I do the same.

Yes and the fact that media is simply reporting on Trump's behaviors and misdeeds has nothing to do with it. If only the "media" just reported good things about Trump everything would be peachy keen.

If one wants sanitized feel good about Trump you need to go to FAUX NEWS.

lying media exposure has an impact on people that can't take 5 seconds to look up facts.
