Carl Bernstein says Trump is 'unraveling' due to evidence of 'corruption'

Saying it doesn't make it true bubba, sorry.

Oh?
Before the transcript was released did you know Zelensky didn't even know any aid was being held? Or that aid was never even discussed? Or that he didn't feel pressured?

Carl Bernstein says Trump is 'unraveling' due to evidence of 'corruption' | TheHill

Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein said President Trump was going through "an unraveling" because there is evidence of his "corruption" outlined in a whistleblower complaint about his call with the president of Ukraine.

"We are seeing both in real time, with the President's remarks and also through documentary evidence, his corruption," Bernstein, a CNN analyst, told the news network."We're watching, too, an unraveling in front of us, both factually and also temperamentally, in terms of the conduct of the President of the United States."
==============================================================
Recent photos of Trump show a man looking less & less together.

A CNN analyst said "vote Democratic." So what? That is what CNN says 24/7 with any and every lie they can make up and everyone they can pay to say it.

What were they?

Emphasized the ellipses below for you.

"The President: I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation with Ukraine, they say Crowdstrike... I guess you have one of your wealthy people... The server, they say Ukraine has it. There are a lot of things that went on, the whole situation. I think you're surrounding yourself with some of the same people. I would like to have the Attorney General call you or your people and I would like you to get to the bottom of it. As you saw yesterday, that whole nonsense ended with a very poor performance by a man named Robert Mueller, an incompetent performance, but they say a lot of it started with Ukraine. Whatever you can do, it's very important that you do it if that's possible."

"The President: Good because I heard you had a prosecutor who was very good and he was shut down and that's really unfair. A lot of people are talking about that, the way they shut your very good prosecutor down and you had some very bad people involved. Mr. Giuliani is a highly respected man. He was the mayor of New York City, a great mayor, and I would like him to call you. I will ask him to call you along with the Attorney General. Rudy very much knows what's happening and he is a very capable guy. If you could speak to him that would be great. The former ambassador from the United States, the woman, was bad news and the people she was dealing with in the Ukraine were bad news so I just want to let you know that. The other thing, There's a lot of talk about Biden's son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it... It sounds horrible to me."

Oh ... ellipses always means incriminating stuff is left out ... now I see ... can't be anything else ... good to know.

1. A full TELCON can have portions blacked out for classification purposes but doesn't ever have ellipses
2. This means that someone decided to omit the information contained in the ellipses
3. The ellipses can't represent information being omitted because of classification, as classification omissions are required to be blacked out and have a reason stated for their blackout

So the point is very obvious. This isn't the full TELCON. Someone doctored the full TELCON before releasing it, omitting information by use of these ellipses. These ellipses are in the most crucial portions of the conversation. So:

1. Why were these omissions made?
2. Why has Trump not released the full TELCON?

So no, you can't make claims about what was or wasn't discussed on the call because we don't have the full TELCON. And you can't claim that Trump released a "transcript" because this is very clearly not one. If the TELCON is so good for him, then he should release it publicly.

Schiff did.

Ellipses ... can ... also ... reflect ... pauses ... either ... by ... the ... speaker ... or ... by ... the ... notetaker ... since ... there ... was ... no ... recording.
But you go ahead and make stuff up.
That appears to be an acceptable thing these days ... even by House Chairmen.

But I get your point.
The transcript didn't deliver what you had hoped so ellipses are the punctuation of last resort.

Not in TELCON. You will never find a single ellipse in a TELCON except this one.

The same guy who claims this is bigger than watergate every other week?

He also was saying the Russian Collusion story was bigger than Watergate.

So?

We have a real impeaching inquiry now for allegations that were already in large part detailed in one transcript from the White House,...……..

No such thing as an impeachment "inquiry" in the law. An impeachment investigation requires a vote. Wonder why they don't start one of them as required by law.

Honestly i think he uses it at his tagline so noby forgets he was 1/2 the team that broke the watergate story. Its his claim to fame and nobody damn well forget it!

The drunken has been has a thought?

Who cares?

Adam "Full of" Schift, and the rest of the conspirators surrounding him, should be brought up on charges, and either jailed, or removed from office.

Ahhh, here comes the nametag. Was that a Trumpism or did you design that one yourself?

I'll bet he's sweating more now that the Kremlin warned him not to divulge his phone calls and conversations with Putin and other officials in his government.
Is Putin threatening POTUS? Sounds like it me.

Do you remember the scene in casino where Andy Stone is trying to reason with Ace Rothstein?
It is the one important scene which for some reason can't be found yet on YouTube but Andy Stone says:

The old man said, 'Maybe your friend should give in.' And when the old man says 'maybe', that's like a papal bull. Not only should you quit, you should run!

CASINO-Alan King2.jpg

Vladimir Putin is "the old man", Trump is Ace Rothstein, and...well...take your pick who you want as Andy Stone, but yeah...Putin quietly issued a statement from The Kremlin that divulging the phone calls without Kremlin authorization might give Vlad the sadz.

That's like a papal bull. Mr. Putin is sending a signal that someone is going to be drinking some Polonium laced Diet Coke pretty soon if they do one more thing to displease President Putin.
The Kremlin has put the United States of America on notice that they are in charge of running affairs here, not us.

Why is it not surprising that you can't address anything I said? Why didn't Trump release the full TELCON?

Oh, I don't know whether he did or not. I do know enough people were party to the conversation who could certainly testify one way or the other. In fact, nobody, based on your assertion, but those who were privy to the conversation itself, should have leave to comment on the content of that conversation, including Schiff, and the whistleblower, for that matter.
