Not sure what you mean, but my point was - the sight of a topless man or woman doesn't hurt anyone. It's no secret we all have breasts.

When beer and wine sales are approved, zillions of people screech, "Think of the CHILDREN!!", forgetting that beer and wine is not legal for CHILDREN to consume in the first place.

I don't associate masturbation with babies or people changing in locker rooms or any other example I provided where nudity is not sexual.

Now, do you think it should be legal to walk naked down the sidewalk in front of the local high school? If so, should it also be legal to masturbate on that same sidewalk? Why or why not?

Who said that public nudity has a sexual context? I believe that has been the discussion...I've seen no such conclusion. Just opinions.
