Elizabeth Warren slams Trump as "corruption in the flesh"

not the point of the comment. I wonder if you even know why. How many white professors at Harvard Law didn't go to a top ranked law school? She went to a third rate one. Hell, it used to be that Harvard Law wouldn't hire professors who had gone to places like Duke, NYU or Cornell.

You've told us many times how you look down on those who didn't attend one of a handful of schools, believe them inferior people, inferior intellects because of where they attended law school. What's a mystery is why you expect anyone else to give a damn.

You said "It is akin to Alex Haley finding out that one of his ancestors was a massive slave trader dealing other Africans to European slave merchants."

It is entirely possible that one of Alex Haley's ancestors is a slave trader (or a plantation owner). Can you figure out why that might be?

What I can't figure out is why that would be, apparently, an indictment of Alex Haley.

If your ancestor was raped by their slave owner, that makes you a hypocrite.

Or something. To be honest, I really have no idea how Republicans are defining "hypocrisy."

Elizabeth Warren is HRC 2.0, other than she also is an East Coast academia liberal. When was the last time Americans voted for an East Coast liberal?

Republicans should find a tank for her to drive around in. :lamo

This is complete nonsense. Warren is NOTHING like HRC. HRC was a whore to corporate america. Warren has worked her entire career as a public servant, and once in politics, ceaselessly worked, tirelessly, to reign in some of the corruption ruining our system now. She has held so many corporate execs over the fire.

She is a savage when it comes to that, and she is something and someone you guys, who claims to be for the little guy, should be celebrating.

39 pages into this thread and trumpettes are still trying their best to drive the thread of topic towards their only go to... POCAHANTAS!!!!1!111!!!

You guys are about to get mud-stomped this election because you got nothing.

Frontrunner Biden is a joke and won't be a factor at the end. Bernie vs Warren? All the Republican pundits say the Trump camp is salivating to take on Warren. She's a coastie phenomenon. She will tank bad in an election scenario.

you're lying again. and its fun to watch you defend one of the most virulent elitists going-lieyawatha

I'm not lying - we all just watched you do it. It doesn't matter what Warren's accomplishments were, I doubt if you've looked at her cv that had 20 years of academic accomplishments post law school beyond "J.D. Rutgers", she wasn't worthy of Harvard because she didn't attend one of a handful of elite law schools. Therefore, affirmative action or some such bull****, even though you approve of affirmative action for rich white boys to attend those same schools.

BTW, the childish the name calling does your elite college proud, I'm sure.

Elizabeth Warren is the new front runner of the Democratic Primaries. She's got plans that should scare wall street and corrupt politicians. She's the only political candidate who was able to successfully smack down Trump's lame nickname against her. She's an ex-Republican who can work with the other side while weeding out corruption and fakers. She tells it how it is, and is not a rambling moron. What's not to like?

Oh gee. And I thought Warren was a Trump supporter.

so you want to go on record and pretend she wasn't selected to fill a quota based on her bogus NA status?

speaking of Name calling. I will look forward to you chiding the TDS crowd for all the claims that Trump is Hitler, etc.

I wasn't aware that the Texas Bar Association had a quota system. Do you have any evidence that it does, or ever has had one?

It’s a good thing for trump that some of DP’s leading attorneys from the ‘right’ aren’t prosecuting trump.

Are you confusing the texas bar with HLS?>

It's an irreverent attack on her, just like the baseless claims her daughter was a co-founder of united healthcare. It's all a sham; the right has nothing but hot air to run on.

I often agree with you, but I have to disagree with the above.

The Republican party will undoubtedly run on the same thing they ran on last time, the same thing they always run on, the same thing that always works so well with their base: Racism and Fear.

First of all, I do not care. It's only self righteous snobs who care about schools and dismiss those who aren't one of 'them' and so aren't eligible to join the elites.

But the point is you do, and your entire argument against her appointment on merit is.....not her professional accomplishments before or after she joined Harvard, but her law school. That's it. So she's obviously an inferior intellect, and got in because of the same affirmative action the rich white boys with the right daddies enjoy, except she got it, you claim, because she's a woman who claimed NA. For some reason the former is what rich white boys with the right daddies are ENTITLED to but god forbid the daughter of a janitor enjoys that privilege!!

It's hilarious and sort of sad...

For the record, I try not to engage in name calling because I'm not a child anymore. If others so, that's their prerogative. I only brought it up because you hilariously accused someone else of acting childish, while using stupid names.

Lol... A republican lie that didnt work in the 2012 senate campaign resurfaces to try again.

Yes, Warren is a plagiarist. Here are the original Franey recipe instructions:

You can compare her recipe instructions to Pierre Franey's here if you scroll down a bit; they're boxed: Elizabeth Warren Plagiarized A Cherokee Cookbook

From Dana Milbank at WaPo:

Among the many unfortunate results of Warren’s recent DNA test suggesting she’s somewhere between 1/64th and 1/1,024th Native American by ethnicity: It inevitably draws attention to her contribution to the ’80s cookbook, “Pow Wow Chow: A Collection of Recipes from Families of the Five Civilized Tribes.” Under “Elizabeth Warren, Cherokee,” it lists five recipes, three of which were apparently cribbed from the New York Times and Better Homes and Gardens.

Worse, one of the recipes she submitted: “Crab with Tomato Mayonnaise Dressing.” A traditional Cherokee dish with mayonnaise, a 19th-century condiment imported by settlers? A crab dish from landlocked Oklahoma? This can mean only one thing: canned crab. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opin...b0867e-d181-11e8-b2d2-f397227b43f0_story.html

This bullcrap was rolled out in 2012... Didn't stick rolled out again by Don jr last year didnt stick. Maybe third times a charm?

The bogus part about it is you claim she lied. She didn't. She was told by family members she had Native American ancestry.

NEXT!

Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, speaking at a presidential forum on Native American issues on Monday, offered a direct, public apology for the “harm” she caused with her past claims of Native American ancestry and pledged to uplift Native people as president.

If she did nothing wrong, how come Warren apologized?

In a tweet Wednesday morning, Trump Jr. resurfaced a Daily Mail report from 2012 noting several recipes submitted by Warren in the book appear to be similar, word-for-word, to recipes published by a French cook in The New York Times and other publications around the same time.

One recipe, for "Cold Omelets with Crab Meat," contains a recipe list that is almost exactly the same, with some minor grammatical changes, to a recipe list that appeared in The Virgin Islands Daily News in 1979.

Another recipe from the book, "Crab with Tomato Mayonnaise Dressing," appears to have been taken from the same article in the Virgin Islands Daily News, according to the Daily Mail.

"It’s almost like her whole persona and everything else about her has been appropriated. What a total phony," the eldest Trump son tweeted Wednesday morning.

Warren's office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Hill on the recipes or Trump Jr.'s criticism.

Go ahead and prove the three recipes Warren used in her book were not "word for word" plagiarisms.

Do you have something to prove that she was only hired by Harvard to fill a quota, and not based on her credentials?
