NYT updates Kavanaugh 'bombshell' to note accuser doesn't recall alleged assault

The liberals are desperate. How's Ginsberg's heath?
 
You know, I think it's funny that this stupid scandal got pulled back up, and is being used to smear Kavanaugh once again.

All because Orange man bad, is the rule of the day.

So far none of the claims have any merit nor do any of the witnesses support what is said.
even Ford's friend is now saying she doesn't believe her story. Ford's lawyer contacted all
of her high school friends and none of them remember any party either and a few felt threatened by
her lawyer. her lawyer even came and and said that the accusations were more about Ford's abortion stance
than that he ever did anything to her.

So none of the accusers have anyone that supports their story. there is no evidence to support their accusations.
so until there is Kavanaugh is innocent.

Second hand accusations, from a third rate witness.

I hate the expression, but this is whole case is extremely retarded.

The encounter put forth by Max Stier did not involve Ramirez but a so-far-unnamed female student, and every paraphrase I've seen describes a situation in which another male student grabs Kavanaugh's junk to shove it in the woman's face. I have not seen any testimony by Stier as to whether Kavanaugh was going along with this jape, though the fact that K had his pants down at all suggests that as a strong possibility. Still-- why wouldn't K just have done the deed himself, as he was supposed to have done to Ramirez? Lacking fuller input from Stier, the story sounds rather rickety.
