So...apparently while defending his client from allegations that he had sexually harassed a campaign staff worker and exposed his dick to her and told her to kiss it, Stier was crossing swords with his opponent...a man he claims did the exact same thing in College well...not the same thing...and he never said anything about that? Well...not EXACTLY te same thing. Stier said someone ELSE tried to push Kavanaughs junk into a woman's hand, and unlike Clintons accuser Paula Jones, the person Stier claims was the 'victim' denies any knowledge of the incident. But seriously..you client is the President...you are defending him from the allegation of exposing himself, and you have firsthand personal knowledge that one of the lead attorneys on the other side allegedly did the same thing...and said nothing about it?

Nope...THATS not suspicious......

I don't play that game you play, so you'll have to find someone else to participate. The NYT had at least seven corroborating sources. They should have run the story. Talk about politically targeting Kavanaugh/Trump is only coming from partisan Republicans, which means it's irrational and not worth my time. The alleged victim was not among the seven sources. That's a pretty damn big detail to leave out of the story. The NYT was sloppy. Talk about Kavanaugh's impeachment as now imminent is only coming from partisan Democrats, which means it's irrational and not worth my time.

It's not an "either/or" proposition, is it? Do you suppose that Kavanaugh had options somewhere in between shutting up and taking (maybe) false accusations and unloading like a sugar high eight year old in front of a panel of US senators and the American public? He thought he was auditioning for The Apprentice (and in many practical ways basically was) and in the process, disgraced himself, his confirmation, and the Court itself.

I know you may be challenged but I said he did not SUPPORT his own daughter. If you believe that is inaccurate it is up to you to provide a quote showing his SUPPORT for his daughter. YOU CAN'T DO IT. AGAIN your constant claims of liar liar pants on fire is getting tiresome. You have the maturity of a maladjusted four year old not of a grown woman. :roll:

I can only imagine the stress and pressure he was feeling at the time. I just think he choked and worry that if he gets a case that provokes an equally strong emotional reaction that his judgment might be weakened.

For those reading this response, this is a teachable moment because this is what living in fiction looks like. A couple of things:

-when you got someone like this and they proclaim how moderate they are then turn around and every single thing they say is extremely partisan, they're actually a Leftist.

-when presented with the facts of a case and it goes against everything they say, they throw the facts out because it's not whether or not if the case is true, it's the seriousness of the charge, so instead of 'innocent until proven guilty' it's 'guilty until proven innocent' to these people, and anyone who actually knows how the justice system works and believes it should remain that way knows 'guilty until proven innocent' is not only unfair but also immoral and wrong if no evidence has been presented against the accuse instead of word of mouth.

-this guy believes Kavanaugh is a dirty, abusive, alcoholic rapist, even though no evidence has come forward to say that he is such a thing but it doesn't matter to this guy because Trump picked him, and, in his "moderate" (Leftist) mind, if Trump picked him then he's automatically disqualified because Trump is worse and Trump likes bad people, based on what media outlets like the NYT and social media sites say, and if entities like those saying, even with the evidence that they have been caught lying through their teeth on almost every occasion (and the lady, they say was involved, doesn't even remember any of it actually happening), then it must be true, so Kavanaugh must be destroyed without a trial nor another background check nor any evidence because some media outlet said so (that's what this guy and others like him think).

When it ultimately comes down to the very roots of this story, these "moderates" (Leftists) want to destroy Kavanaugh's career, friendships, finances, family, and his life. That's how these people operate, and the saddest, most depressing thing about this is THEY DON'T CARE. Most of the time they laugh about it because they actually think it's funny. It doesn't matter what he does, even if it appeases these people, they will still hate him because of one thing (the "original, unforgivable sin"): Donald Trump picked him. This guy isn't reasonable nor is he well informed. He's just a mouth piece for the Left, spewing their rhetoric of hatred and madness. There's no common sense in someone like this's statements because I have read them. I believe he gets a jolt of joy when someone he doesn't like is being accused of something that never happened. He seemed pretty excited with his "bye bye Kavanaugh" statement, even though there's no evidence of it and the fact the NYT corrected their story because the claim wasn't true. So there you go, to all those who are reasonable enough to understand that this is what delusion looks like.
 
Kavanaugh isn’t going anywhere. Democrats need to focus on issues that they can beat Trump with — Trump’s corruption, health care, and the economy.

I get it — McConnell is a piece of trash; he screwed Obama out of a Supreme Court seat; but they’re not going to win this.

People are sure they know things that aren't true. Hillary being crooked while Trump is pure as snow, is one of those ironies.

However, the point was that your side gives the "innocent until proven guilty" rap -- unless you're talking about adversaries. Calling Hillary crooked, when she has never been convicted of any crime, hangs the chains of hypocrisy around your neck.

Why would I post a link to support a claim I never made? I never said he believed his daughter or not. What I did was call out your lie that he didn't believe her, since, as your own follow up "Oh I gotcha now" link even said, he has never said anything either way. Your own post proved that your claim that he didn't believe her is a lie, because your own post confirmed that he has never spoken publicly about his opinion on her story.

Take your licks like a man, admit your fault, and stop with the stupid sniveling posts. You're embarrassing yourself.
