Telling that he is jocularly unconcerned about tyranny. Embarrassing because he is tragically undiplomatic: Sisi probably doesn't like to be called that, true as it may be.

So Twump manages to piss off a dictator who is also sort of an ally, his supporters, other dictators and all their detractors and opposition in one breath. The ultimate tool really. Let's watch his supporters spin this one.

The only outrage is from conservatives, because someone is saying something about Trump other than that he's divine.
