Solid gold toilet worth $1M and titled '''America''' stolen from palace where Churchill was born

Solid gold toilet worth $1M and titled 'America' stolen from palace where Churchill was born

An 18-karat solid gold toilet worth more than $1 million was stolen early Saturday morning from a British palace that was the birthplace of Winston Churchill, police said.

The Thames Valley Police department said it received a call about the burglary at the Blenheim Palace just before 5 a.m.
=====================================================
'According to The Washington Post, the toilet could have been housed in the White House after the Guggenheim Museum offered it to President Donald Trump and Melania Trump.'

I guess The Donald & Melanoma might lose out on their chance to plant their copious posteriors on this gleaming work of art.

Only a copious posterior would call the first lady a cancer, regardless of what one thinks of her husband.

Some Americans **** on gold toilets overseas. Some people **** on streets in LA right at home. Imagine how many public bathrooms, and decent public housing, or even health services this one toilec could have paid for and tell yourself the American dream is alive and well.

...

In Britain?!?

This story is hilarious ...

Duke’s brother Lord Edward Spencer-Churchill: “It’s not going to be the easiest thing to nick,” ... “Firstly its plumbed in and secondly a potential thief will have no idea who last used the toilet or what they ate. So no, I don’t plan on guarding it.”

Exhibit opens on Thursday ... Saturday morning the toilet is stolen.

Worth a million and easy to melt down? Yeah, it was a target.

How would you even make off with it? The thing must weigh a thousand pounds. You'd need a forklift just to move it.

It can't possibly be solid gold.

A million dollars of 18c gold is maybe 75 pounds and if that toilet is full size and made of solid gold it must weigh 500 pounds

Yours was post #2.

Post #1 didn't mention the word "cancer".

I did a search at the OP link. Didn't see "cancer".

Why did you think of that word?

A metal ****ter? That would be cold agin your butt. **** that.

I happy you don't know what the word melanoma is, it can be a bad cancer.

I used to feel some compassion for Melania, until she showed her own victim complex, showing why she deserved the piece of trash she married. They really are two peas in a whiny, entitled pod. Now I only feel sorry for the innocent child that she subjected to decades of suffering from having that piece of trash as his father.

But unless the OP mentioned "cancer" and quickly deleted before triggering the time stamp, then gotta wonder why poster #2 was so quick to see that word ... and quick to see it as being applied to Melania.

Look up Melanoma.

The OP describes it as being solid 18K gold. Very heavy indeed. You'd need a heavy duty forklift & a 2-ton truck just to move it,

Look up Melanomia.

Okay ... I hadn't seen the mispelled name for Melania.

Well, with that settled, she DOES deserve criticism.

I used to think that maybe she didn't know what a horrible person she was about to marry ... even though she was quite old enough to know.

I used to try not to judge her for intentionally creating a small child who would have to go through life with Donald Trump as his father.

Then came her "I'm going to preach against bullying while married to one of the biggest bullies in the world" campaign and I still tried not to judge. What was she going to do? It would be very hard to divorce him. She SHOULD have a chosen a First Lady project which would be more effective simply by not being as hypocritical. But I tried to continue to focus my criticism on Donald.

And then came her whining about how she might be the most bullied person in the world.

And I no longer cared. She showed that she and Trump deserve each other. And now the only person I feel sorry for is the innocent child.

From the link:

The toilet, which Blenheim Palace said was fully functional and open to the public to use, is a piece of artwork created by Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan. According to NBC New York, it is estimated to be worth more than $1 million.

Who allows the un-washed masses to use a million dollar crapper?

Trump wouldn’t dare crap on America!

I don't care who you are or how much some dislike and even loathe Trump but joking about cancer, (Melanoma), is low class.

Way to stay classy!

Maybe Trump can use his sharpie to draw a smile on her face.

Yeah, well Barron would probably "feel real sorry" for those who make everything about his parents.

The following quote was in the OP...

Melanoma is a form of skin cancer.

They have no clue yet who stole the toilet. They have nothing to go on.

Probably he wouldn't "feel sorry". The odds of a Trump child actually feeling sorry for people in general, and the political opposition of their family in particular, are very low the older the child gets.

Sympathy doesn't appear to be a virtue that the Trumps place great importance on teaching.

Time will tell if he can buck the odds.

Of course, he might feel something about the people who make everything about his parents. The worse that children have it, the more likely they are to instinctively conform their thoughts to what they hope will please their abusive parents. Trump children have a whole lot of self-programming to do in order to pound generous instincts out of themselves and replace it with "admiration" for the unscrupulous bully who demands loyalty but doesn't give it.

Did you hear that Ivanka claimed she got her moral compass from her father, apparently hardly skipping a beat, after being asked what personality traits she got from her parents? Takes a lot of years of warping to get someone as intelligent as Ivanka to say with a straight face that she got her moral compass from someone as amoral/immoral as Donald.

Perhaps, an inside job by someone who didn't want Trump to buy it?
