Well at least Amy Schumer writes her own jokes! Anyone remember, Chuck Schumer — who called on Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta to resign and said President Trump should “answer” for his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein.

So Schumer accepted donations, the last one years before Epstein was convicted of being a sexual predator of underage girls, and you're equating that with Acosta, who signed and negotiated the plea deal with Epstein who Acosta knew was a child molester and sexual predator that resulted in him admitting to some BS trafficking charge and spending a year in what amounts to a half way house and that on its face prohibited the rest of the U.S. government from prosecuting any of his co-conspirators.

I know BOTH SIDES!!!!!!@! is always the go-to argument whenever Trump or his lackeys gets criticized, but this is a pathetic effort at even that generally pathetic defense.

FWIW, I looked at the article and it's not "breaking news." It's from July 10, 2019.

That's news -- why? Epstein made a lot of political donation over the years, he even donated to George Bush, Sr. campaign.

Once again, Conservatives show how utterly shameless they are by attempting to use Epstein as a political cudgel well in spite of the fact that their number one guy boasted about Epstein's sexual preferences.

I don't understand what you're trying to say. If you have some sort of allegation of wrongdoing, then just come out with it already. There's nothing illegal or illicit about legal donations made to political campaigns. PERIOD

I think you're only trying to 'stir the pot' and create something from absolutely nothing.

He's in the "same boat" as the guy who prosecuted Epstein and gave him the biggest sweetheart deal of the century when Acosta knew what kind of sexual predator Epstein was because the FBI had a thick file identifying something like 50 underage victims?

You're forgetting that Obama and Epstein were both in the U.S. AT THE SAME TIME. If that doesn't implicate Obama in the Epstein saga, what does? Why are you giving Obama a pass?

Yeah, that's right. And there's another 327 million people that were in the same country as Epstein at the SAME TIME. I think they're all guilty of sexual assault and rape of minor women. 'Lock them up!' They're all guilty as ****.

That would be like asking if I'm buddy to anyone Jeffrey Epstein donated money to, which is a lot of people. Those seven $1,000 donations to Chuck Schumer happened between 1992 and 1997. In addition, Charles Schumer has offset more than $7,000 in campaign contributions from accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein by donating the money to anti-sex trafficking and anti-violence against women groups.

Consider these $1,000 donations, seven in all, that were made over 28 years ago and returned by Schumer via contributions for anti-sex trafficking and anti-violence against women and ask yourself, 'Is this really a big deal?'

I've seen people get outraged about stupid things. This is one of the stupidest I've ever seen. He made $1000 donations to his campaign = years before it became known that Epstein was a pedophile. The alt-right is stretching, as usual.

Not to mention I never saw evidence that Schumer was friends with Epstein, like Trump was friends with him. No videos of them shaking their booties together. No comments from Schumer about how much Epstein liked young girls. Nothing.

You mean the post complaining about a NY politician taking donations from a citizen of NY a decade before the rest of the world knew about how much he liked his girls young? Trump knew he liked them young. We even have him on record saying it - you know, how Epstein was a "terrific guy" who he had known for years?

Schumer accepted campaign contributions from one of his constituents. Trump was friends with a man who he acknowledged had a thing for young girls. Normal people would think part two is far more concerning than part one.
 
I'm shocked that one of the most corrupted corporate Democrats took money from a millionaire. Anyways, at least Schumer hasn't been accused of underage rape alongside Jeffrey Epstein, unlike Donald Trump.
