PS - Would you please explain how your silly question has anything to do with the facts that:

  1. when the US is the complainant (against almost any other country), the US wins approximately 90% of the time;
  2. when almost any other country is the complainant (against the US), the other country wins approximately 90% of the time;
  3. prior to Mr. Trump becoming President the number of cases in which the US was the complainant and the number of cases in which the US was the party complained about were pretty much equal;
  4. since Mr. Trump became President the number of cases in which the US is the complainant is up by a factor that is roughly 1/3rd as much as the number of cases in which the US is the party being complained about; and
  5. due to expense and time, parties seldom take cases to the WTO unless they are almost certain of winning.
