Trump throws Squad feud back at Pelosi after 'racist' accusation: 'Democrats always play the race ca

His "base"... And who would that be?

Wait for it... wait for it.

The roughly 30% of Americans that support him no matter what he does.

For example, the people who defended Trump bragging about sexually assaulting women by telling the world that bragging about sexually assaulting women is typical "Locker room" behavior for them and their friends. You know, the family values crowd, because nothing says "family values" like sitting around bragging to each other about the women you've sexually assaulted. :lamo

Trump's primary strategy for energizing his base has been to make racist attacks, at one point making a ad so racist, even FOX News wouldn't broadcast it. So, according to Trump's actions, not what he says but what he actually does, he believes his base is largely composed of racists.

The question is: Does Trump know his base?

Oh irony!

The anti-Trump base exerts oodles of hours painting the POTUS as guilty of being a criminal, a poser, an illegitimate president, a foreign agent, a colluder with a foreign power, and now their personal favorite pejorative of all, a RACIST, once again rears its ugly head when all else has failed.

His haters are just too much.

At least 6 more years.

I dunno if it will be that soon.
The Democratic Party is in shambles. The worst bunch of misfits in congress ever!

That's why White Supremacists were so excited by what he said.

Really... So they loved it when he said “I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and white nationalists because they should be condemned totally.” ?

Were they also thrilled the following Sunday when Trump said to Chris Wallace “Racism is evil, and those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans.”?

Context is totally meaningless to people like yourself... You willingly run with any lie that props up your beliefs and political agenda, and that is quite frankly, repugnant.

We all heard what he said, and what he meant. That's why national community and business leaders resigned from prestigious and influential presidential committees in protest. That's why White Supremacists were so excited by what he said. So the plug your ears, close your eyes, and chant "no no no no no..." strategy isn't going to work here.

Hope that helps. ;)

Yeah, we all know what Trump said. You don't. You won't even read Trump's actual condemnations of racists, neo-nazis, kkk. You'll just keep on repeating fake narratives wrapped in piety and false pride.

It's not ironic that Trump made an ad so racist that FOX News wouldn't broadcast it.

That's Trump using his primary strategy for energizing his base. If he didn't think it would work, he wouldn't make ads like that.

You do understand this, correct?

I agree that when Trump is sticking to the script, he's saying all the right things. His problem is when he goes off the script, and starts trying to energize his base. And obviously White Supremacists are part of Trump's base.

Trump doing everything he could to avoid condemning White Supremacists after he went off script, and said some are "very fine people".

But I gave you the links, explaining why, and quoting White Supremacists. Why not try learning about what actually happened? It might help.

Look, I can see you're doing your best to defend someone who publicly supported Neo Nazis and the KKK, and clearly your strategy is to deny what we all saw happen, what national business and community leaders all saw happen, what White Supremacists saw happen. You can keep pretending all of them imagined the whole thing.

But if you're going to keep on denying reality, then there isn't much point in having a discussion. Unless you're going to launch into a more credible argument, like it's all a conspiracy by the Lizard People. At least that way you won't have to deny reality, right? You can make it all fit with what we actually saw happen.

Under the Trump Administration, African American unemployment is the lowest (best) in the history of the United States. No President has come close to doing this before! I also created successful Opportunity Zones. Waiting for Nancy and Elijah to say, “Thank you, Mr. President!”

Hmmmm I wonder how he managed to do that

There are so many reasons why I didn't support or vote for Donald Trump, but that Access Hollywood tape wasn't one of them. I recognize locker room talk when I hear it and Trump is the king of shoveling that kind of BS. It's who he has always been. Of course when people like yourself ran around claiming that those words made him a rapist and sexual predictor, I laughed my ass off.

His so called "base" as far as I can tell, were the millions of Americans who were sick and tired of the do-nothing political class, tired of the out-of-control political correctness that was infesting our society, and for once wanted somebody in office who would "tell it like it is"... and that is damned sure what they got. In my opinion, Trump's most important contribution to the American electorate, is the way he's made the left go absolutely bat-**** crazy, and forced them to show the public who they really are and what they really stand for. He's made you all pull your masks off (except for ANTIFA) and for that, I give him a resounding thumbs up.

I still think he should shut his damned mouth, but after nearly 3 years of his presidency I have to admit that over all, things in the country are pretty good... something 2 years ago I never believed I'd be saying.

.

Yeah. See post #199, it's full of explanations from numerous CEOs about why they quit Trump in protest of his public support of Neo Nazis and the KKK.

Do you remember when Americans fought Nazis, instead of publicly defending them? I do.

I do not believe you.

Besides that being an outright bald faced lie, it is intellectual dishonest. You are cherry picking something Trump said after the Charlotte riot and leaving out the context. Trump did not express any support for neo-nazis or the KKK. He simply said that there were some good people on both sides of that demonstration. Not every demonstrator there from the right had anything to do with with the KKK or supported white supremacy in any way...just as not every demonstrator there from the left was an ANTIFA thug.

As recently as 2008 Hillary claimed Democrat Senator Robert Byrd as her mentor. Besides the fact that he was a segregationist who voted against the Civil Rights Act, he was a former kleagle and grand cyclops in the ku Klux Klan. He once wrote:

"The Klan is needed today as never before and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia and in every state in the nation. -West Virginia Senator Robert Byrd"

What other proof do you need?

56 years. When is the dumbass, obese, NPR mob boss going to apologize?
It’s also true that Robert Byrd was a member of the Ku Klux Klan in the 1940s and helped establish the hate group’s chapter in Sophia, West Virginia. However, in 1952 Byrd avowed that “After about a year, I became disinterested [in the KKK], quit paying my dues, and dropped my membership in the organization,” and throughout his long political career (he served for 57 years in the United States Congress) he repeatedly apologized for his involvement with the KKK:

“I know now I was wrong. Intolerance had no place in America. I apologized a thousand times … and I don’t mind apologizing over and over again. I can’t erase what happened.”

I think most people pointed out, correctly, that he was bragging about sexually assualting women. The part that made the world laugh their asses off was when Trump's base came in and said bragging about sexually assaulting women is normal for them, something they do in the locker rooms.

tired of the out-of-control political correctness that was infesting our society,

Political correctness is standing in opposition to the KKK. You may see that as people "infesting our society," but a lot of Americans don't.

Political correctness is standing against the POTUS when he publicly supports Neo Nazis and the KKK. Again, you may see that as people "infesting our society," but a lot of Americans don't.

Political correctness is standing against incarcerating brown skinned people in American Concentration Camps without proper food or hygiene. Again, you may see that as people "infesting our society," but a lot of Americans don't.

:lamo :lamo

President Trump has made more than 10,000 false or misleading claims

I'm sorry, the belief that Trump would "tell it like is", that anyone would actually believe it, is just too hilarious. I can't continue. No wonder Trump, and the people he represents, are the laughing stocks of the world.

You do know Trump ran a fake University, whose purpose was to scam desperate people out of their last dimes, and leave them deep in credit card debt.
$25 million settlement finalized in Trump University lawsuit

All so Trump could make a few bucks. And you trust him? :lamo

Just read the transcripts... He was never saying or inferring that there were white supremacists, or members of ANTIFA, who were fine people. He was talking about the regular folks both left and right, who attended that rally to express their opinion on the park being renamed and the statue being removed.

I think it's cool that he represents you....even if you don't want him to. You think you libs/progressives/dems/whatever can come up with someone who can beat him? Legally, of course. Hilarity tried the other way and it backfired on her.

Nah. Apparently you haven't noticed it, but I stand against blatant racists like Trump. :2wave:

You think you libs/progressives/dems/whatever can come up with someone who can beat him? Legally, of course.

I don't know. There are a lot of racists in the USA, at least based on Trump's primary strategy for energizing his base: Attacking brown skinned folks.

Do you think Trump knows his base?

What do you think of the fact that Americans have pissed away their freedom because they're afraid of the boogeyman?

All of me hopes so. I don't want a dem within two miles of the White House ever again. I know that's dreaming, but it's my dream.

That's nice.

What do you think of the fact that Americans have pissed away their freedom because they're afraid of the boogeyman? Trump will almost certainly help the USA leapfrog Uganda, he's almost done it already.

Will you be proud of your country when Americans say "I wish we had as much freedom as Uganda!"? Just curious.

And there it is.... We circle back around to my original point.

You again play the phony race-card and resort to lies to prop up your beliefs. Saying Trump publicly supports Neo Nazis and the KKK is a lie... Implying that securing the southern border is based on racism is another lie... Saying that America is running concentration camps is an anti-American lie of unbelievable magnitude.

Thank you for coming back and showing everyone that you are exactly as dishonest and pathetic as I said you people were.

.

Wasn't talking about that. Was talking about the white supremacists believing that Trump didn't mean it when he condemned them.

Everyone could tell when he was on script, and when he went off script and said what he really thought. Hence so many national business and community leaders resigning.

Grim just won't accept this fact, no matter how many times you tell him.

Wasn't talking about that. Was talking about the white supremacists believing that Trump didn't mean it when he condemned them.

I don't give a rats ass what a white supremacist thinks or believes... They are scum.

The only reason they believe he was praising them in the first place is because of people like yourself and your allies in the far left mainstream media who took what he said out of context and pushed that lie.

So congratulations... Your lies emboldened those idiots... Take a bow why don't you?
