Important news regarding the flood of people entering our Southern border illegally.
This should help slow down the flow. President Trump is fighting this fight alone
because the democrats seem to want open border.

Trump administration scores win over challenge to asylum restriction | Fox News

A federal judge decided Wednesday to leave in place a Trump administration rule that imposes restrictions on individuals seeking asylum in the United States if they passed through a third country on their way to the border between the U.S. and Mexico, potentially leading to a sharp reduction in Central American migrants entering the country.

The rule, published in the Federal Register last week, requires people seeking asylum to first apply in one of the countries they pass through on their way to the U.S., with certain exceptions. The rule was quickly met with a legal challenge from advocacy groups, who moved for a temporary restraining order blocking the rule. After a hearing in Washington, D.C. federal court, District Judge Timothy J. Kelly denied the motion. The rule will remain in place for the duration of the case, unless the decision is successfully appealed.

Man,...what a day!

I think this is what Trump meant about 'too much' winning.

The left should be grateful. This may mean less people crossing the border and less overcrowding in the concentration camps. They will have to find something else to criticize him over.

Yes there should be less lawbreaking at the border! A good thing for everyone in our nation. They are NOT concentration camps!!

Let's see... a concentration camp or a third world s***hole infested with violent crimes, corrupted politicians and police, and death. Hard choice.

Are you referring to Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit, Baltimore, New Orleans or LA. Which S***hole do you refer?

He's a Trump appointee. How did you expect him to rule?

I'm not saying he's right or wrong. I don't pretend to be a lawyer or a judge. But I do know facts. And Trump appointed him. It's always important to point these things out, especially when all we ever hear is how bad judged who rule against Trump are because they're leftists who were appointed by Obama.

You're saying they're seeking asylum in those cities?

Who cares who the judge is. This is a great ruling for Trump and the country.

So America will have to open even more terribly overcrowded Concentration Camps incarcerating brown skinned children without proper food or hygiene.

Dang, "Never Again" has become "Let's Do It Some More"

Trump wasn't referring to any city when he called America a "totally broken and crime infested place."

Honestly, when I read the posts by some of his supporters on this forum, it's hard to disagree with him.

Very interesting.
