Trump says he tried to stop ‘send her back’ chant — video shows he was silent for 13 seconds

Anyone wish to explain how Trump's 3, or so, words in his 4 sets of Tweets addressing the 'women of color' was racist? What difference does it make that the 4 women 'are of color'?

I don't care if she gets audited. Why the hell would I? It's gonna look kind of bad, though, under the circumstances. Especially considering none of it would have mattered if this conflict with Trump didn't trigger a muck-raking campaign.
But like I said, audit her. Dig around in her past- everyone, including you, has something buried. No doubt all the Trumpanzees out there are gonna hoot and leap and chatter with glee about a false claim of marriage on a tax return because in their simian minds it justifies anything they say about her.
Me, I just remember that smug, ****-eating smirk on Trump's face while the crowd around him chanted, "Send her back! Send her back!"

Now Trump is saying that making comments like "send her back" is wrong. So he's essentially saying the members of his base at the rally are racists. And he's lying to do it.

Trump is throwing all his supporters who defended his well known racist trope of "go back where you came from" under the bus, to protect his political image.

How do Trump supporters feel about the POTUS apparently calling you racists? How do you feel about him lying to do it, saying he was trying to stop the chant so he act like the anti-racist?

He tried to stop it toward the beginning of his talk and was successful. Later on the chant started up again and it looks to me like he gave up.

It doesn't matter what the facts are, we deplorables will always be called racists.

Notice women of color could never be racist.

I see the definition of racism is being shifted, too. Maybe in an attempt for soft reparations? Why do dems need further reparations when racism has been redefined for soft reparations?

The same way McCain suppressed that woman's speech in a town hall setting when she was bad-mouthing Obama. He took the mic, refused to allow her to demean and slander his opponent, and reminded his followers that he would not be engaging in personal attacks, only attacking political ideological differences.
