Trump digs in on racist tweets: ‘Many people agree with me’

This time Mr. Trump IS 100% correct - many Americans DO agree with him.

Our President has finally put his foot down and calling out all those who are against the American dream of prosperity. The anti American rhetoric must be addressed head on. barrack "2chainz" obama has to be screaming in pain that his dream of destroying America has been stopped dead in its tracks.
What has been failed to mention is our President has left the door open for anyone wanting to return and join the prosperity. Donald Trump is not a racist as so many who are delusional has eluded to.

Is the complaint that they haven't sponsored enough bills AND is that the only metric to prove a congressperson is working?

They are trying. They are doing what their constituents elected them to do, much as mcConnell likes to block everything the House sends his way. They work harder than "President Executive Time" that's for sure.

They're not going anywhere.

And try this one on: "If you don't like the idea of women of color serving in congress and challenging a bigoted president, you should leave the country."

Sound preposterous? It is, because it is a ridiculous assertion no matter who it is directed at.

I never said it wasn't ridiculous,

But no, they aren't trying, they aren't governing, they are screaming at the sky demanding everyone look at them. Only ONE of the four has sponsored more than 4 bills....think about that....they complain about how the country is run...but they have ZERO ideas on how to improve it, other than grandstand, if ONE of them had sponsored a bill that made sense, that could fix something, then yea, you have a leg to stand on, but I expect more from politicians than screaming at the sky saying it's everyone else's fault.

And trump blaming everything on his predecessors or the Dems, even when they didn't have the power to block him? Blaming America's problems on China and immigrants? Let's not be too selective about when it's okay to 'scream at the sky'.

They're working for their constituents, as he is unfortunately because his are deplorable. Saying they're doing nothing is a deflection; saying they should leave is a cop out; saying they should go back to where they came from fits the legal definition in govt publications of a racist attack.

They are also working in protecting American decency. It was AOC who first exposed the horrible conditions inside the detention centers. Meanwhile, Trump was not saying anything. Imagine this for a moment, a junior representative realized fist the unacceptable conditions inside the detentions centers wayyyyy before the worthless VP who is also supposedly Christian and who visited the detention centers much later than AOC only to tell us THEN that the conditions were unacceptable!

What we have, like it or not, is a deeply flawed person sitting in the Oval Office. Those who can step back from the red/blue dichotomy can observe as a number of groups use the personal weaknesses of the President of the United States of America to their own advantage. These groups include politicians of various stripes, foreign governments, talk show hosts, special interest groups and individuals who have toadied up and paid their ethical dues to become part of the White House staff. All are intent upon furthering their own goals, whatever they be.

It's a fascinating tableau. Historians, once the dust of this American anomaly has settled, will have a field day. This poor old country mouse simply watches as the history of tomorrow unfolds, page by page, today.

It's different, because he is achieving results, they are not. If you sewed all of their mouths shut.....he has more results, more action than the 4 of them combined, now yea, some of that is because he's been there longer, but a lot of it, is because they are too busy screaming at the sky, than developing actual policy, actual agendas....

He was referring to the illegals crossing the border. You are right , he said some were good people. The MSM and some democrats has been trying to indicate that he was referring to Mexicans in general. Here's an example from politifact:

Kaine has embellished the controversy by saying Trump has said "all Mexicans are rapists." The Democrat doesn’t come close to proving his claim; all of the Trump quotes Kaine’s campaign sent us pertain to unauthorized immigrants crossing the Mexican border into the U.S.
No doubt, many Latinos have taken umbrage with what Trump actually has said. But Kaine put an insult into the mouth of Trump that never was uttered.
So we rate Kaine’s statement False.

As I see it there are two reasons to vote for trump. You are really wealthy or you're a racist like the president....and if you're really lucky you're a wealthy racist like trump.

Because that is specific to race. Jews and Israel.

What he has done here is to tell some random people from different backgrounds to go back to some country that he does not even know where they are from.

I am not saying that he is not a racist... I am not saying that this was not meant to be racist... I am saying that this one statement is not a racist statement based off the actual words used.

Since we do not know intent, we can not say it is racist.

The logic I keep seeing from Trump haters is why so many innocent black people were convicted by all white juries back in the day...
