If there is new evidence and new accusers then it isn't being investigated for the same crime. If, for example, you rob a bank and get a plea deal on that robbery you can't go rob another bank and say "Hey! I've already been busted for this crime. You can't investigate me again."

He has more than “home.” It’s not like the NYC mansion is his primary residence. They’ll be able to locate the ankle bracelet wherever he disposes of it.

You talk as if he is guilty and will flee. I do not like this assumption of guilt. People are innocent until proven guilty.
 
May be Jeffrey Epstein had a feeling about the future;

His case never went to trial and his plea agreement was illegal. The government and the law failed his victims and to protect society at large from a sexual predator.

Not according to the FBI, NYSD, former Florida State prosecutor, the indictment papers and the dozens of victims and witnesses...not to mention the kiddie porn they found in his safe.

But there is a ring of truth to it. One of the under-aged victims alleges that Trump had sloppy seconds after Epstein was through with her.

I hadn't heard that. We'll have to see.
I agree Trump has enough of the perv in him to make him take a tour through a dressing-room full of underage girls but he never struck me as being that, uh, committed.

Will that stop him from leaving the country? I suspect that if he's enough flight risk to need measures taken he's able to deal with that inconvenient detail.
I just don't see an ankle bracelet making him change his mind and stay at home.

Edit: I read further, they are offering the mortgage on his NY mansion and holding his jet. I read he has two jets.

If they keep him under house arrest they should lock the doors, and have a camera feed direct to the FBI. No visitation rights. No outside contact. NO internet connection. still wouldn't fair in any way whatsoever, but at least we'll know for sure that he isn't fondling any more kids.

The more we learn the worse it seems to get. Epstein said he wanted to start a modeling agency just like Trumps. I didn't know Trump had a modeling agency until I read that, but sure enough, he did.

The judge was appointed by one of Epstein's frequent flyers, Bill Clinton. If he grants Epstein bail, it'll look highly suspicious, IMO.
