Look, to all who accuse Democrats of not wanting to fix this issue, plenty of Democrats have indicated that they're willing to do bipartisan work in bipartisan fashion.
The evidence of that has been posted here several times, from congress-dot-gov.
The overwhelming response has come from Mitch McConnell and it boils down to "We will not work with Democrats or entertain any bill passed by the Democratic House."
There's where your bipartisanship goes when Trump's human shield is in charge of the Senate.
But it doesn't change the fact that there are Democrats who will try to get something accomplished on immigration reform.
It just means that we may have to wait till McConnell is told to cooperate by his boss Trump, is defeated, or is incapacitated, or DIES.
I don't need to keep putting up the Congress Dot Gov page, because it has been put up almost a half dozen times here.
If you want to go there and create a search, by all means please do so.
If not, then you get to tell lies for another day, to idiots who will believe them.
The fact remains however, that 700 bucks a day should be able to cover the cost of soap and toothbrushes.
This is just plain venal and mean spirited.
People have already made their mind up about this, and the majority of them agree that we've crossed the line.
The only people who are okay with it are Trump's continually shrinking base.
