No, it's how the Constitution works over gangsters. I've known about 'the Don' for 30 years or more and I have always known he's nothing but a racketeering gangster. Why do you suppose nobody in his own home town support him? It's because they all KNOW him.

You can argue till days end that's not how the word control is used, but the fact remains, without sufficient votes to end a filibuster the majority doesn't control the Senate.

Control: the power to influence or direct people's behavior or the course of events.

You mean besides the 5 obstruction charges Mueller documented? Then there is money laundering, tax fraud and who knows what else we will find. He will rue the day he ran for office.

It's a fact, not merely a claim. I couldn't even turn on my car radio to Howard Stern and there he was, talking about '*****' and STD's that he fought while others were busy in Vietnam.

He would have been wiser to just go on with his 'very nice life' as he put it prior to entering the race. He didn't think he would win, but who could have guessed that this country has enough knuckleheads to vote for him, that and Russia's help of course. Well, maybe his chance to go back to his 'very nice life' have all but been demolished.

Yes he is shunned by decent folk in his NYC circle, mostly because of his connections with organized crime figures going way back to the 80's.
