Teen sues officer who held him at gunpoint near bus stop

The special prosecutor already concluded there wasn't.

Since no charges were filled, citing the special prosecutor as the absolute final decision maker you lose.

The scene of the suspected gun shot

I remember that "Scene" that cops pulled up to a few years ago... cop pulled up to a pick up truck with two people in it and heard a "noise", Cop opened up shooting at them and they turned out to be innocent mother and daughter just sitting there with no weapons... cops hear a "noise" is the same bull**** excuse to abuse people as when they are breaking some guys arms and keep yelling him to stop resisting.

Punk ass coward cops make all sorts of **** up.

Yeah she should not have shot this guy...oh wait.....she didn't

Except that if the officer thought she heard a gunshot, she would have said something to the police investigators or the special prosecutor during the criminal inquiry.

Except that if she heard a gun shot she would not have said that she heard a "loud noise" instead.

The article would say something along the lines of, "the officer thought she heard a gunshot", not "the officer heard a loud noise". Changing the story now would only dig her hole deeper.

"Schultz is a police officer in Colorado and was on vacation when she heard a loud noise"

Try reading for comprehension next time...

Got that. You keep repeating that. But they'll go back to the statements where she said it was "a loud noise" and didn't identify it as a gunshot, and where she didn't witness him doing anything but running. And the witnesses that said there was no gunshot. And the special prosecutor who concluded she had no justification, and the police chief who said she stepped over the line.

And fyi - even when there is a gunshot, people tend to run, even if they aren't the shooter.

The article doesn't say she said that at all, nor is "loud noise" in quotes in the article.

Obviously most of you have never heard a gun go off in real life - only in the movies and on TV. That is the only explanation for your not knowing when a gun is fired, it makes "a loud noise."

Yeah she should not have shot this guy...oh wait.....she didn't

Kid going to a bus... stop him at gun point. Glad you are ok with fascism.

Hmmm, he felt "exhilarated" and that is in quotes.

Suing for being "exhilarated" by another person? That's a new one. :lamo

lol - except that the statements and filings made in that matter would be the first things included in the civil case, and any deviation from those in the civil proceeding would dissolve the officer's case (and run the risk of perjury).

For a possible gun shot???

Gun drawn

When you don't have your gun to draw on innocent unarmed people who are around when you hear a loud noise... do you hide in a corner?

The 18 year old kid the coward cop pulled a gun on instead of pursuing this gunshot she heard.

You post a lot of nonsense in your messages. That's one of them.

Dispatcher: "Attention all units. Reported armed bank robbery with shots fired at the Bank of America on Main St. Possible suspect seen fleeing at a high rate of speed in white late model Mustang. All officers in the vicinity go to the bank. No officers are to give pursuit of the suspect."

Because anyone racing away obviously is a customer trying to get away from the gun shots.

That would ever happen.

BTW. Obviously you don't know anything about guns. Bullets travel really, really really fast. Sorry to burst your bubble, but the police can't really pursue them.

Yeah....this is the exact same thing as Hitler. Lol

Guess you are unaware with how things actually occurred during the Nazi occupation of Europe...

I am hiding right now. I'm so scared

lol -- I think you might want to re-read what I posted, and perhaps not be so quick to make a personal attack about 'reading comprehension' next time. You seem to be arguing in favor of what I wrote.

You probably are... better arm yourself so you can feel more secure when another loud noise happens...

I would rather bury myself deeper in my hole than to admit that I was wrong...
