Not sure where you anti-Israel bias stems from. No reason to hazard a guess here.
My "bias" is against any outside interference in another country's "democratic processes".
Of course, that is a tiny bit more abstract than "You linked to a factual account of wrong doing that occurred in Israel therefore you are a Nazi who wants to kill all the Jews." - but I can't help that.
That being said this was a private firm.
Who was paying them?
Pretty sure wherever you come from also has a criminal element.
Yes we do ("2011 Canadian federal election voter suppression scandal"). Mind you, that was purely domestic and not any interference in the internal democratic processes of another country so it's not QUITE the same thing - which is not to say that it was a "Good Thing" or that anyone actually approved of it.
In fact, if you want to take a look at "Redistribution of Federal Electoral Districts ", "Code of Professional Conduct for Election Administrators " and "ID to Vote" you might find one or two features that you actually approve of sufficiently to (with minor modification) consider adopting where you live.
