‘You’re Literally Bullying Her’: Pennsylvania Rep. Brian Sims’ Controversial Videos Berating Abortio

 well, you are disfiguringly wrong.

Nice timing, just finished on the pot and need to use something to wipe with. Your useless and irrelevant opinion will do.

I read somewhere today that he'd made his Twitter account private.
I bet.

I'm saddened, but not astonished, as well, at the immediacy and virulence of the "okay maybe this was in poor taste but those kids and that woman being attacked by a man kind of had it coming for disagreeing with my tribe responses :(. For some, simply being members of the hated other justifies abuse.

 put it next to yours. This man's behavior was abusive and horrific to women (girls) who did nothing to him. The worst y'all can think of PP protestors, he did, and he did it filming himself because he was proud of his behavior, not least because he knew people like you would share his disdain for people who are different than y'all are.

And, he was right in his assessment of y'all :(

I think what I did was successful. And I would do it again. Besides, there is this little thing called the right to assemble.

Yes, in this country you have the right to assemble and insert your set of questionable beliefs into the personal decisions of others exercising their own rights. It seems apparent the only reason you would do so is to influence the personal decisions of people you know nothing about, either their lives or their circumstances, but somehow manage to claim a sort of moral high ground.

This was an isolated event PP protesting fanatics do deplorable BS every day which is not caught on camera. I don't condone his behavior, but all the same theirs is worse and more widespread.

Fundamentalist Christianity is the problem.

If they believe in what they are doing, then they should not feel shame. Someone silently praying should not change that. Prayer happens every single day at home, in churches, in public, at the library, in a car....God listens regardless of where and when praying happens.

God doesn't listen more to public displays of religiosity.

It seems to me that that's exactly what you're doing--condoning Rep. Sims's verbally attacking an older lady who was praying over her age, race, gender, and faith and also trying to dox three children.

BTW, are there any PP clinics that don't have cameras and 24-hour surveillance?

That's exactly right; in this country one has the right to peacefully assemble.

and to insert one's set of questionable beliefs into the personal decisions of others, without knowledge of their circumstance or intention, and believe their god will think them holy!

Where did I condone? Quote please, liars go to hell. I said the behavior of those who protest outside PP is WORSE. Which causes me to have less sympathy for the woman being berated. I would never do such a thing, nor advise it.

Well said.

I hope you aren't even insinuating that I am a liar.

I don’t think my beliefs are “questionable”; you have never asked me any questions and have already decided—in the absence of a single conversation with me, which is a pretty good psychic trick--what you think I believe and why. And I certainly have no questions about my beliefs either.

I'm good with my initial post remaining, accepted.

The mother of two of the three teenaged girls has published an open letter to Rep. Sims asking him to apologize to the girls. One point made:

I hope you also know that your actions that day were dangerous. When you approached us the second time with your phone and pointed the camera directly at the three girls and in effect tried to doxx them by offering a $100 donation to Planned Parenthood if anyone could provide their identities, you were placing these girls directly in harm’s way. I don’t know what you wanted to do with their personal information. I also don’t know why you thought that in addition to aggressively bullying three female minors you should take matters a step further and intentionally expose them on the internet and impinge their personal safety by erasing the security of relative anonymity. This was a grave misdeed. Their father and I, along with the parents of our friend, will live in constant heightened alert for many weeks and months to come. As parents our primary responsibility is the safety of our children and you have made that job infinitely more challenging. Brian Sims owes my daughters an apology | Opinion

How do know? I believe prayer can and should happen whenever one feels the need.

I have very viable reasons for disdaining Fundamentalist Christianity. I almost became a pastor, my best friend is a Christian, my wife is a Christian, though they are nothing like you folks and I wouldn't consider them Fundamentalists anymore. Continue pretending like you know me though, you're on a roll with your vacuous nonsense.

You have the opportunity to demonstrate you are not a liar, in stating that I have condoned his behavior. Please provide the quote or retract the statement, because I can guarantee you that I didn't.

I dont know what reddit is. And I tried to debate and you kept discussing 'my attitude' instead.

Very impressive credentials--you "almost" became a pastor, and your wife and best friend are Christians, so I guess you know it all.
