STATEMENT BY FORMER FEDERAL PROSECUTORS – DOJ Alumni Statement – Medium

He missed the opening:

We are former federal prosecutors. We served under both Republican and Democratic administrations at different levels of the federal system: as line attorneys, supervisors, special prosecutors, United States Attorneys, and senior officials at the Department of Justice. The offices in which we served were small, medium, and large; urban, suburban, and rural; and located in all parts of our country.

Damn, that's one hell of a list of people.

No need to wait unless you can't recall what you wrote in your Post #52, which was "Let me post what I want about the corrupt actions of this President without the Jerry Falwell "everyone has been mean to wonderful Trump."

Not that I've ever said that. All I've ever said, and it's true, is that Trump's Presidency has been besieged since before he took office.

Oh, and Jerry Falwell is dead. Just FYI. Perhaps you confused him with Franklin Graham.

No, I called him by his right name. Jerry Falwell. Don't watch much beyond Hannity, do you?

Trump retweets Jerry Falwell Jr. suggesting his term should be extended by two years | TheHill

Trump has been besieged! Oh the drama! Get out the fainting couch now.

I’m sure the signatories will be revealed in the next few days; stay tuned.

They're already available for anyone who takes the time to look. Like that poster didn't. The list is online with the letter.

A completely bipartisan list.

I got that. The point is they have an opinion. Aside from that they can do no more than I can, and I also have an opinion.

He is president. So the opinion is just that. An opinion.

Fair enough.
In the end they are looking at and deciding based upon vast experience, and they arrived at this not as a political decision to Impeach but past experience.

Is your opinion based on your law experience? How many years did you serve as a federal prosecutor?

It is and I see that it is growing.

So you agree Mueller didn't exonerate him of obstruction. And like a good American you want to know why that is. Right?
Muellers job is not to "exonerate". A "good American" believes the burden of proof is on the prosecution. What we DO know is this; when there isn't enough evidence to convict, then the defendant is considered not guilty.

But he is president. Wapo to the contrary

And if it were not for that bothersome EC, Hillary would be be president.

In either case, President Trump will be president until the left comes up with a candidate that can beat him.

Ever notice how trump only seems to win on technicalities?

I guess it does say something that they could only get a very small percentage of formal federal prosecutors to sign something that says obstruction occurred.

Its an open letter that can be added to.

So we'll see if more sign on.

Mueller didn't think there wasn't enough evidence to convict.

Funny how fast the Right Wing's emphasis on "rule of law" disappears when the president it a Republican.

False. Mueller did not think it was legal to indict a sitting president.

Aside from being completely wrong, this has nothing to do with what I said so IDK what you're trying to say here except stating an unrelated, incorrect statement.

I'd bet any amount that that shameless AG from California Xavier Becerra is leading the charge again throwing sand in the way of the machinery of justice.
Just a guess by I'm thinking some of those signing onto this are the attorneys general of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois,
Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, and Virginia. All these states always seem to be involved
in lawsuits to stymie Trump's agenda have Democratic attorneys general.

These are proprobaly the same loons that sided with Becerra to sue President Trump over border wall.

Someone didn't read the thread I see.

These are former federal prosecutors. Not states AGs.

Next time keep up and you won't make such dumb posts.

Yes. The fact is we have likely a felon sitting in the whitehouse running this country, and they are screaming themselves hoarse with excitement for it.

So much for being the party of family values and the rule of law, LOL.

There's no doubt that life long political hacks of all stripes want no part of an outsider being president. THAT, is what is going on now. The swamp didn't see this coming, were completely blind sided. They want no part of this ever happening again.

Next time just post "Trump is God". It would be more honest and wouldn't be filled with conspiracy nonsense, saving us all brain cells from having to read such paranoia.

False. My statement was accurate. Your's not so much.

If you meant to say something else, you may want to express it more clearly.

OLC Policy exempts the President.
Mueller followed policy.
Now your point is?

Mueller is working with Congress on a date for him to come testify to them. You seriously didn't know this? Hannity still reporting on Pizzagate and didn't share that with you?

And? You think he would wait until THEN to say, hey, stop saying I said that, I didn't.

Really? LOL Oh god bless you.

No, he didn't charge. You didn't know this either? Seriously?

Turn on some real news and you'll follow the investigation.

Mueller didn't exonerate Trump. Most patriotic (translation - non Trump adoring) Americans know this. And would like to know why that is.

Then most American's are idiots.....

Mueller didn't exonerate Trump....because prosecutors don't exonerate....they CHARGE or do not CHARGE....

If he didn't charge....what does that tell you?
