That doesn't even figure into it. I wouldn't care if they had TWO hundred thousand more.
Canada would still tear him a new one, and it would be over in four days, maybe three.
It would not even be a fair fight.

Global Firepower's 2019 Military Strength Rankings places Canada 21st in the World, The Philippines comes in at #64.

Pretty much. I've visited one of the Philippine army bases and they have old secondhand equipment dating back from the 60's. Their president is a tinpot dictator with a big mouth.

That may be so, but a ragtag group of 1,000 ISIS fighters managed to take a major city in the Philippines and held onto it for 5 months. They eventually took it back but destroyed it in the process because the 6,500 soldiers they sent in couldn’t do the job so they carpet bombed the city. There’s no way they could handle a real war.
