No you didn't. What you cited was GLOBAL military spending by the United States of America and NOT the amount that the US spends on NATO.

As one example that even you should be able to understand, not one dime of the money that the US is currently spending in Syria is being spent on the defence of Europe.

As another example that even you should be able to understand, not one dime of the money that the US is currently spending in Asia is being spend on the Defence of Europe. You can add Australia, South America, and Central America to that "Asia" if you feel like it.

Well, if one goes by your definition, obviously never. However if one goes by reality, it already is.
