[W:914,1223] Robert Mueller's report is out

I remember the Department of Justice saying that Trump's wires were not tapped by Obama, as was his claim (lie). So that is obviously true, since they know more than we do, right?

I think Trump was referring not to Obama himself, but to the Obama administration.
And yes, they did wire members of his campaign. It's my hopes that we will learn much more about this when the IG report is released.

Good ol' integrity.

lol

It's not "I'm applying the same standard", it's changing your standard to accommodate the R in office now. That's the problem with partisans. One side bitches, the other defends; then the D changes to an R or vice-versa, and then the sides switch whether they are bitching or defending. This is why we cannot have nice things, partisans have no integrity.

They have no morals either. It's all about Machiavelli. Who else was Machiavellian? Karl Marx - "The ends justify the means". Actually, Machiavelli wrote much of The Prince based on Plato, who was the inventor of the "noble lie" that could rally a base of support.

The Democrats should be forced to pay for the wasted time, money, and distraction of this useless investigation.

That would have paid for a wall to the moon and back.

I agree. They can maybe use the value of the wasted time, money and distraction cause by the Republicans of all of the useless Clinton investigations, and that will net it all out.

So does this mean you're going to stop saying anything bad about Hillary Clinton, and we can expect you not to chant "lock her up" at the next Trump rally. Good. Glad to see you are finally moving on.

Are you going to stop defending her?

Should the Republicans have been forced to pay for the Benghazi investigation? I think that netted fewer guilty please, charges, and jail time than Mueller's investigation as well.

Like you're doing, you mean?

OMG ... if the left doesn't stop coming across as desperate as this, we are going to end up with 4 more years. This is just too painful to watch.

People who think it is "desperate" to read a several hundred page report about all sorts of corrupt activities by the president and his best men, then discuss it, are not going to be the deciding factor in 2020 or any other election.

Electing a dog catcher for POTUS would’ve been better.

No need to fret. We'll have a weenie liberal in office sooner or later to get us back on tract of pandering to illegals and letting hairy 40 year old men into the women's bathroom.

The fact that the only example of "trying to find something where it isn't there", or basically "fake scandal" is to....talk about Hillary losing ...just shows how much of a partisan hack you are.

Try again. I didn't "talk about Hilarity losing". I pointed out that you libs frothing about this done deal is "becoming almost as humorous as MSNBC whining". I don't give a whit about the hag, except she skated on 'high crimes and misdemeanors" that would have put you or I in prison.

Like you're doing, you mean?

Nope. I never defended Hillary. That's another problem with partisans. They have no idea how to deal with actual integrity, so they just have to make assumptions, drive by posts, and completely ignore the point of an argument.

lol

No, he was referring to Obama. That's why he said the man's name.

Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!

Donald J. Trump on Twitter: "Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!"

So since we established that the DOJ knows more about everything than we do, and the Trump DOJ said his claim didn't happen, then we agree that Trump made a false accusation against Obama.

I assume you fully believed in the Obama DOJ's assessment that Hillary Clinton didn't do anything that she should have been charged for either, right? They knew more than we did too. The DOJ always does.

Yep. Mueller established that the Trump Campaign did work with Russian individuals, but did not establish that they helped in the interference, only that they knowingly welcomed and capitalized on their efforts.

The AG lied and we have a criminal president.

It really is that simple.

The Mueller report cost about 35 million (high end estimate)

The distance to the moon is 238,855 miles.

The US border is 1,933 miles and estimates for even a portion of wall there is in the billions, not millions.

You didn't really think that through, did you?

Are you going to stop defending her?

I don't have to defend her. No indictments, no crimes. She was cleared by the FBI and the DOJ, and according to one of your fellow Trump fans, they know more than we do.

So they had links, had multiple talks, had offers of assistance, trump people went after the russians to get information, many meetings happened, but no indictment.

Conclusion : no collusion. And I'm crazy? lol

I don't know if you're crazy, but I know your comment in this post isn't crazy.

Is hyperpartisan diarrhea of the mouth ever supposed to be thought through? I thought you were just to blurt things out regardless of relevance to topic or accuracy of statement.

Link?

You mean Mueller never uncovered that? :lamo

You clearly cannot read. I said BEFORE the report, and clearly I meant before he was president.

Never Trumper, Chris Wallace, said Trump is off the hook legally, and will never be impeached... but I think the Trump resisters should keep on with their nonsense. It all but guarantees no one can beat him 2020
IF they were smart, (and they're not), they would drop this hot potato, support this president, be happy for our country that the Mueller report findings and conclusions as giving by the DofJ were positive, and get onto doing what the people elected them to do; legislate.

Wow. Let's play another round of "Glue a bunch of meaningless facts together"

Reading it, digesting it, etc is a very good thing. Analyzing it is a very good thing. Using it WELL is a great thing.

That's not really what's being done by most posting here and OP ED pieces and such so far. Most are looking for tidbits to quote and trying to retry it or scream impeachment. So far, about 90% of what has actually been quoted does nothing to credibly dispute the summary of findings.

It's very important how this is played. It could be turned into a win done right or it can stink of desperation. It's barely been released and the latter is already starting to mount up.

From John Marshall:

Seems worth noting. Red underline is part Barr quoted, blue underline the part he omitted.

Honestly, I don't care about arguing minutia or keeping this alive.

It's a done deal. Trump is off the hook. Time for some to learn to live with life on life's terms.
