Dallas transgender woman brutally beaten in broad daylight

DALLAS (AP) — Police canvassed a Dallas neighborhood during the weekend in search of anyone who may have witnessed the brutal beating of a transgender woman in an attack that happened in broad daylight in front of a crowd of people and that was caught on cellphone video.

Detectives were seeking clues in hopes of identifying the woman’s assailant or assailants, police said in a statement.

They could just look for guys wearing MAGA hats but in TX they don't have enough room in the jails for all they would find. Consider the irony.

I realize that it is, but so hard to even accept this is a video from our country. Absolutely horrible.

Moreover, it looked like she was being assaulted by several people.

Kinda goes against your "MAGA whatever-ism" narrative, since it appears to be people of color beating on a person of color.

According to what I have seen, transgenders and gays in the US have the highest per capita hate crime, higher than the hate crime targeting religious minorities like Muslims and Jews.

What does color really have to do with prejudice against transgenders? Other than maybe this perhaps being one thing that "the man" won't come down on them for?
