This jackoff is in serious trouble, and he should be. Extortion and bank fraud and not paying taxes and taking money from his clients' accounts...it is just awful.

The question is how much jail time he will serve. A lot, I hope.

Except it doesnt. Trump has never been charged/convicted for even a misdemeanor, let alone a felony.

He also never went personally bankrupt, only a few casinos he owned did.
That was partly due to their poor location (Atlantic City)

He's a first time offender, but IMO his crimes rise to a much higher level than most first time crimes do. I know nobody died here, but consider this. He broke the most important pledge of any lawyer, which is to protect his clients. He stole from his clients (if the charges prove true). He should do the max. If a client can't trust his lawyer, our justice system is dead.

His career is absolutely over. At the very least he will be disbarred.
 
Though Avenatti was roughly right about the nature of conspiracy pertaining to the NDA between Trump and Ms. Clifford, I think he let his success and portfolio in that matter go to his head, and in turn, he appears now to have become "too big for his britches." Avenatti is neither billionaire nor government operative; thus he cannot and should not have expected to get away with extorting (or seeming to) a multi-billion-dollar firm.

Everything I listed IS true and then some. Let me list them again with some of the ones that I forgot to list:

-He tried to get over $20 million off of Nike in an extortion story. Nike has confirmed this by saying that the Creepy Porn Lawyer claimed he had a client that said Nike employees bribed high school players to play for colleges that were sponsored by the company. It's all in that link at the beginning of the thread.

-He committed bank fraud. Federal investigators confirmed that the Creepy Porn Lawyer used a false tax return in order to get money from loans. This is also in that link.

-He was able to pull over a million dollars from a client to pay off his debts and other bills. Once again, in that same link.

-He took a statement from a woman, Julie Swetnick, and twisted everything she said during Brett Kavanaugh's hearings. He said that Kavanaugh spiked punch at a party and was a part of gang rape at these parties. -During the case of Stormy Daniels (and this is a 2 for 1), the Creepy Porn Lawyer sued Trump and had fundraisers established without Stormy's permission. He continued to do this until the Stormy was no longer his client. She even said that he didn't respect any of her wishes. Stormy Daniels says Michael Avenatti sued Trump without her permission | US news | The Guardian

-The Creepy Porn Lawyer said that Tucker Carlson assaulted a man at the Country Club he's a part of, and wanted to press charges. However, after a 3 week investigation, the man that the Creepy Porn Lawyer claimed that Carlson assaulted got his membership revoked. There was a video of Carlson yelling at the man because the guy called Carlson's daughter a whore and a c**t (which was confirmed), but it didn't show Carlson physically attacking the man and nothing to this day says that he did. Tucker Carlson accuses Michael Avenatti client of calling his daughter 'whore' - Washington Times

The only thing that has not been confirmed was the guy assaulting his ex-girlfriend. The case was filed at the LA attorney's office and was being decided if there would be any misdemeanor charges. Haven't seen anything else on it. However, the fact that was accused will stick to him and wouldn't surprise me if he did assault that woman. Given everything else he did and said, it would fit his MO. Even if the assault story wasn't true, everything else has been sited and confirmed. He's a habitual liar, instigator, disrespectful, tax cheat, bully, and a scumbag. Regardless of political ideology and party association, with this guy finally going to jail, it's, again, appropriate to say that the asshole got what he deserved.
