I'm not going to say nothing is in the report, because there most likely is. I'm just saying that it's going to be a likely lack-luster event for all of those people who were screaming for Trump to be impeached, or arrested after his presidency was over.

This thread is completely mind-boggling. I've never seen anything like that.

It is announced that Mueller has finished his report and has given it to the AG.

IMMEDIATELY all Trumpster here publish post after post saying basically "see? I knew there was nothing there! No collusion! Nothingburger! What a disappointment for the Dems!"

Based on what, exactly, are they saying so, given that the report has NOT been made public yet? For all they know, maybe there are the most damaging findings there.

Let me say this: my guess is that there aren't any earthshaking findings. I never believed that Mueller's report would lead to Trump's impeachment and removal. I always said that expecting this kind of outcome was wishful thinking. If you look at my posting history, you'll see that I'm telling the truth about this.

But that's just my guess. I haven't seen the report, and no other poster here has, unless the AG of the US and Mueller themselves post here under pseudonym (rather unlikely).

So what the F is everybody here going on and on about???

Wait for the report to actually be released to the public (if it gets to be released) or at least to Congress, before you all jump to conclusions, will you?

How cute. You want to try to do any and everything possible except simply admit the fact that Bill Clinton lied under oath in a civil suit regrading sexual harassment of a campaign worker and then was caught on tape suborning perjury.

Woah. Of COURSE the perjury was part of the intial investigation. It WAS the initial investigation. The Special Counsel was not investigating if Clinton had affairs or even if Clinton sexually harassed Paula Jones. The Special Counsel was investigating if he lied under oath during the civil deposition (he did) and if he committed witness tampering and suborned perjury (he did).

THAT should have been the scope of the Special Counsel. Not Whitewater or anything else...to which I agree...that is the point the Special Counsel begins to violate the Constitution. But where the lies under oath and suborning perjury were concerned? Those WERE the crimes at hand.

As for moi I've never cared about anything Matthews is upset about in his particular rant. Questioning Trump face to face and all of that. Nor am I the excitable wet your pants persons Matthews and you are.

I do like hardball however which is why I advocate a second national reconstruction under the Constitution that clears out the Putin-Trump Fanboys given there are so many of 'em throughout. You guys have enough footsoldiers out there to make another Pickett's Charge. Which is exactly what you're doing at this point.
