WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday said he knew nothing about son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner’s use of the WhatsApp encrypted messaging tool, a day after a top Democratic congressman pressed the White House for information on the issue.

Elijah Cummings, chairman of the House of Representatives Oversight Committee, on Thursday asked the White House about Kushner’s use of the Facebook Inc-owned messaging application as part of his government work.

Considering how various unscrupulous people in the Executive Branch are just looking for ways to embarrass the President and his officials, I don't blame Kushner at all. Besides, the encryption on that app just might be better than anything the government has.

But no...this is not similar to Hillary's emails.

Nobody is looking to embarrass Trump, people have watched this man and his cabinet systematically take apart regulations, meet covertly with people like Putin, lie on a daily (hourly) basis, turned this country into nothing more than a divided, partisan population and grabbed for themselves all the money and power they could grasp in plain sight.

No, embarrass him is not what we want. We want justice, we want our democracy back and we want the proper oversight by Congress on his abuses of power and the abuses of power by his kids. That's all.

How can you NOT blame Kushner for intentionally defying our governments directives as far as keeping classified information classified!

What that moron fails to comprehend, though, is that accusations, when similar in nature and from MANY individuals, can accumulate a sense, among the public, of suspicion about a person's ethical "flexibility".

If only one woman accuses you of sexual misconduct, it might be an act of vengeance. When dozens accuse you, even if you effectively dodge them or settle out of court with an unnamed settlement, you seem like a predator.

With regard to Trump's dealings with Russia, the same is true. When so many associates are indicted and many of them say that he's dirty, it's hard to believe he was unwittingly surrounded by so much corruption.

Trump relies on the rather insidious credulity of his base of moronic enablers to avoid taking responsibility for the things he does. I wonder how long he can ride that treasonous wave. It's been too long already.

Thank god Conservatives and Evangelical Christians are around to put a stop to what is truly evil: A black man using Dijon mustard. And brown-skinned people wanting a better life.
