Without any facetiousness, my first two thoughts were: (1) Wait, New Zealand?? And (2) where the Hell did someone get a gun in New Zealand to commit a mass-shooting with?
 
In addition, my wife just saw that this piece of **** is livestreaming his mass shooting on a GoPro camera on Facebook and Twitter.

Red deer hunting is big in New Zealand. The deer were imported just for that reason.

It’s just such a chilled out country full of beautiful souls and a beautiful landscape. Guess i naively thought this kind of hate crime/ terror attack etc would never happen there. People suck

I do not use Facebook or Twitter. I'm going to ask any of you who sees other evil pieces of garbage sharing the video of this monster's shooting, please report them to Facebook and Twitter immediately. Not that it will help nihilistic pieces of garbage like this, but maybe they can be put on some kind of government watchlist.

I can only hope so. Rest in Peace to all the Victims, and swift recovery to all the injured. Good luck to the Christchurch police. Find these animals and put them down.

Like Norway you would not think New Zealand would be the place for a far-right terrorist attack or any terrorist attack really.

OMG, that's horrible! My heart goes out to the victims and their families, and to all New Zealanders who must be in absolute shock that such a horrific event has happened in their country. :(

New Zealand has it's problems, but terrorism is traditionally not one of them. AFAIK this is the first far right incident. About half a dozen people ran off to join ISIS and an AQ sympathizer ring was broken up like ten years ago, but there have been no incidents of note on home soil.

I thought it was a joke at first.
What kind of maniac films himself murdering others?
Last I heard, nine confirmed dead. :(

I am sick to my stomach. The Gateway Pundit showed full pictures of murdered Mosque congregants stacked up like cordwood. I literally just wrote them:

"To the Editor of Gateway Pundit,

Please stop showing scenes of mass murder and carnage of the New Zealand Mosques hit by the Christchurch Shooter(s) on Facebook and Twitter or other social media sites. The bodies of these congregants are not yet cold, and the attention that it gets may inspire other acts of mass-murder from copycat killers. I appreciate your consideration."

I hope they take those pictures down immediately.

Label what? this is a terrorist motivated by right wing ideology, his primary motivation was to stop the Muslim "invasion", end multicaulturalism and protect white christian people and their culture, which incidentaly was more or less the campaign promise of your president.

You can read his manifesto, it isn't much different to what is peddled by Fox news pundits.

I just saw the facebook live video of him shooting up the mosque. It looked like a video game. Cannot believe that happened.
