I know, but I was making the comment based on a poster who said that it does not matter if the guy was a far right extremist or whatever which I took it as a comment which implies that it does not also matter if it is a case of Islamophobia or not.

From what my wife was reading to me, this evil f*** seemed to be all over the place and had no coherent ideology beyond internet trollery, video game obssession, and attention seeking. He was asking people to watch PewDiePie? And said that the person who influenced him the most was Candice Owens. Now, maybe Candice Owens (a black conservative activist and provocateur) has a large following of minority-hating white supremacists I did not know about, but this shooter did not seem to have any coherent ethos.

My money is on him being a white supremacist, and concerned about "white genocide," but just doing a shallow reading of him doesn't seem to yield more than surface-level trollery that blossomed into a murderous lark.

It is my guess that it did not violate Facebook community standards. Some asshole offered to sell me drugs on Facebook. I reported him. Facebook said it did not violate community standards. However, I also filed a report with the local FBI office, which I am sure, takes a different approach on this than Facebook does.

I'm so thankful that we're no longer under the edict of 'waiting for the facts to emerge', as in the heyday of ISIS attacks in Europe. You've declared this a white supremacist in love with a black conservative woman, so case closed.

Garbage. Pew Die Pie has something like 77 million subscribers, the most of any YouTuber. Pinning this on him or his video content is ****ing ludicrous man. Pew Die Pie makes millions of dollars per year, which would never be the case if he were really antisemitic, racist, etc.

No such thing, truthatallcost. He may very well be a white supremacist. Or he may just be a person who says hateful things just because it will earn him more attention because to a narcissistic psychopath, any attention however negative is good attention. It certainly earns him more attention than someone who admitted to planning this attack and murdering a bunch of people because he has no empathy and just got bored and wanted to see if he could kill a huge number of people to simply challenge himself.

Candace Owens is a female Kanye. Her soundbites allow white supremacists to believe some minorities agree with them and the others are brain washed or leeching off the state, or too stupid to vote for the party they like.

That's the 'problem' she presented for the left. That as long as she keeps talking every single conservative commentator can point at someone they think protect their views from accusations of racism.

It isn't a coincidence that Richard Spencer and David Duke were among the first to applaud Kanye's TMZ tirade... A tirade Candace just happened to be standing meters away from.

That said these people don't necessarily believe Kanye or Candace. They're just props. Kanye won't go to Chicago, and Candace has no accomplishments of her own other than being a black Tomi Lauren. It is shame, I stood by Kanye when I thought he was informed enough to discuss what afflicted the black community. He has become a shell of that person.

I thought he was better than that.

Which is why, while we need to support free speech for everyone, we also need to be mindful of our words. 99% of us would never do anything so horrific but what we say could inspire those unstable 1% who would turn words into violent action.

Sanitizing this incident just hides the brutality of it. Show everything. Spread it far and wide. Let people see the results of evil and not being prepared to stand against it. Let them know their enemy.
 
I've been following updates on the CNN on-line live feed...Christchurch shootings live: Multiple deaths confirmed in New Zealand mosque attacks - CNN

Four persons have been arrested, three men and one woman.

Also, "...New Zealand police commissioner Mike Bush told reporters that there were multiple improved explosive devices attached to vehicles as part of the attack. Bush said these had been "made safe by the defense force."
"This goes to the seriousness of the situation," he said.
He said that police were not assuming the situation was limited to Christchurch at this stage..." (Bolded mine)

This was an extensive, well-planned conspiracy, and an attack that could have been, and was planned to be, so much worse... as if "worse" is even possible at this point.

Utterly horrific; my heart bleeds for the people of Christchurch, not yet recovered from a devastating earthquake in 2011, and for all the people of New Zealand.

What they are doing is completely morally bankrupt and evil. I just looked a moment ago, and The Gateway Pundit is using this murderer's videos to get views. I will not post links that can give them advertising, but if you Google "The Gateway Pundit" and look at their website, you can see that they posted the murderer's videos at the top of their newsfeed.

And I disagreed with the comment that you cannot see any difference and with your pathetic attempt to proactively trying to dismiss that Islamophobic rhetoric should not be addressed after such attack because he was just a sick person who decided to kill Muslims.
