Trump suggests that it could get 'very bad' if military, police, biker supporters play 'tough'

You could be correct about the margin. But I do feel that the narrower the margin, the greater the likelihood of Trump not going peacefully.

And I'm not a Clinton backer. I held my nose when I voted for her - but I did vote for her because she was the nominee and I knew that, even if I disliked her, she would make a better politician than a reality TV star.

Is that why people are fleeing California to be replaced by illegals and others who want those benefits you freely hand out there? You really need to get outside of LA and SF to see what the rest of the state looks like and see why politicians have proposed splitting it up into three different states. You people do indeed live in La La Land totally out of touch with reality

The true hatred comes from radicals and the Hollywood crowd that thinks the are better than everyone else thus are trying to trust California values, meaning if it feels good do it, on everyone else. Your state gave Hillary a 4 million vote win in the last election and Hillary beat Trump by 3 million. We spend far too much time and effort trying to make Trump supporters happy. He appeals to a segment of the population that is shrinking, dying and losing power. The only reason we have to deal with them is because of the artificial power given to them by a 230 year old document that has become grossly undemocratic and unfair to the majority. There is no way to appeal to this segment. Our best efforts should be to chase the non-voter, its a much greener pasture.

A subtle warning of the threat of violence by a deranged head of state is a reason to be concerned. There is a pattern of escalation in his madness and as a result, his words have become more violent.

Instead of your standard response of baseless contradiction why not explain exactly what Trump meant? That would be helpful to everyone. So far no Trump apologist has been able to satisfactorily explain what Trump meant.

Always makes sense to bash the most important state in the nation, the most populous, the largest economy, the leading driver of technology, culture, arts and progress. Are you going to be laughing when some loony right wing nutjob decides that his words mean that he should kill anyone on the left who disagrees with Trump? What will Trump say then? Especially if the person is unarmed, but just talking against Trump for this nutjob to hear. That is not at all outside the realm of possibility. We just saw an Air Force officer arrested for planning to kill Democrats. Why would anyone think that it is funny that our President basically just told people, who very well may not see it as a joke or "trolling", that it was okay to fight back against anything that could be seen as an attack by the left with tougher methods? That is not funny at all, nor is it at all appropriate for a President or any other US politician to say or suggest.

No, I won't and I never have. Nor will I blame the Democrats unless they are actually saying crap like this to those antifa assholes. If they said something like "well if the facists get in your face, fight back however you can" or "to those fighting for progress and/or racial justice, feel free to use tougher measures to get your point across", I would absolutely be against that, particularly if they were known for saying such things in other places, as our current President is.

In 2016 when Trump thought he was going to lose the general election him, and his allies on Fox laid the ground work for his loss by constantly spewing nonsense saying if he lost it would be because the Dems and evil Libs cheated by fixing the election, illegals voting, election fraud, and on and on.

Expect the same as we lead up to the 2020 election. But this time because he is POTUS he will throw in the threat of violence if he loses along with the Dem cheating allegations.
