On the square - the average american would be in jail for 25 years for what Manafort did.

Moms who comitted food stamp fraud went to jail for 5+ years.

People who lied about their address to get a kid into a better school are in jail.

Yet, here you guys sit, callously defending a blatant criminal.

And yet Tony Podesta is not in jail for doing the exact thing Manafort did. That is no doubt because Podesta is a protected democrat and, like every witness in the Hillary email scandal, given immunity by the Obamanite investigators before they even testified.

I feel sorry for him. I was not defending him. Imagine the uproar if jack-booted goose-stepping teams of riflemen (followed by dutiful media cameramen) had broken down Hillary's door at night and drug her off to jail and thrown her into solitary confinement under suspicion of mishandling money and telling lies on documents.

I suppose you are right in one sense. it does not matter whether we vote democrat or republican we will still be voting for sinners. All I can say is choose the best sinner for your values.

And after reading the Russian actors' indictments, I'm blown away by Mueller's ability to gather electronic communications. He even had the time-card and employee shift data from the GRU troll factory! Wow!

I am concerned about the two-tiered system of justice in modern America. Political enemies of democrats are hunted down like dogs, arrested with massive displays of overwhelming force and aggressively prosecuted for crimes which are overlooked and automatically forgiven democrats who have done the same thing. That is not America, it is third world brutality.

A fantasy? Why was Tony Podesta not charged along with Manafort for the criminal activities they did together? Because Tony is closely tied to Hillary and the democrat party? Yes, Tony was handled differently than Manafort because Tony is a friend of Hillary and Manafort was a one time associate of Trump's.
