Exactly. The Former Chairman of the FEC who was nominated by Democrat Bill Clinton ,Bradly Smith, and who is currently a law professor. Bradly Smith teaches FEC law and he says the Trump NDA payment to Stormy Daniels was not an In-Kind Contribution and is not a violation of campaign law because Trump had reasons to make the payment to conceal the affair from his family and wife and to protect his brand.

Also Remember Gary Hart? Hart paid off his mistress with donor money during a campaign. Hart was found not guilty largely because he had reason to hide the affair from his wife and family so the donation was not an In-Kind Contribution. There is ZERO chance Trump would get convicted.

So you must have some inside information about the testimonies he's heard in closed sessions of Congress, right?

He's a United States Congressman and even more, he's the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. Are you trying to say that you know more than Adam Schiff or that you have some kind of secret inside information that would make Adam Schiff a liar?

Actually...SLC's post #94 sort proves Schiff's a liar. :roll:
You need to come to grips with this man. If any of these people had the evidence Schiff claims HE HAS, Trump would be in impeachment proceeding already.

And don't forget...there's a new AG in town, and the SCOTUS is stacked with a guy the Dumbocrats just finished trying to destroy.

As usual, you Trumpers only get half of any story right, if that much. What Adam Schiff actually said is that the release of a memo alleging abuses of the FISA surveillance powers during the 2016 election by the Republicans on his committee could indirectly lead to domestic terrorist attacks. Schiff explained that said that revealing the FBI's mistakes to the public could dissuade people from reporting potential crimes, indirectly bringing up the bombing of the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City by referring to someone without a yard buying a lot of fertilizer. "If you have a neighbor next door who is buying a lot of fertilizer and it seems odd because they don’t have a yard, are you going to think twice" about reporting him to the FBI?

If you didn't get what he meant, I'll explain it more clearly. He said that revealing confidential sources and methods of a FISA warrant can possible endanger a lot of people because if people are afraid to report potential crimes, there will be more crimes! He did not LIE. No way in hell can anyone possibly make a profoundly wrong statement as you have by saying "he's a huge liar" when it wasn't even a lie. Yet, Trump has been proven to have lied over 9,000 times and you haven't caught one of them.

No, his comment in no way 'proves' that Adam Schiff is a liar, and I just proved it in my previous comment. Nobody knows what evidence the Congressional Intelligence Committee has and yet they are pursuing more than they need because they know they need a two-thirds super majority to impeach. Of course you know what a 'super majority' is I assume. Adam Schiff is being pragmatic and smart. Both he and Pelose are wise to wait until the Mueller investigation has been wrapped up and all of their interviews completed before embarking on impeachment hearings.

So Trump can legally pay his own money for any campaign purpose. But that does not matter because if you would pay the expense even if you were not running for office it is not considered an In Kind Contribution. Trump would have paid the NDA to conceal his affair from his wife and family AND to protect his TRUMP brand name. So its not an In-Kind Contribution. That is not my opinion that is the opinion of Bradley Smith the former FEC chairman nominated by Democrat Bill Clinton. Bradley Smith is also a law professor that teaches FEC law. So that check is nice but its meaningless. Do you honestly think Mueller would let Cohen keep it if it was a valuable piece of evidence against the President? Not a chance.

Maher made some comment about the kid suffering from "lead poisoning"! <------- Yeah, that's much worse than saying something like, "I didn't like the questions asked my Meaghan Kelly she had "blood coming out her whatever".

Do you even know what hypocrite means. I have never said Trump never lies. I have only said Schiff is a HUGE liar and he is your post proved nothing. The Nunes memo didn't reveal sources or techniques and didn't cause the US any danger. Schiff just didn't want the Democrats embarrassed. He was saying anything he could trying to prevent its release. The second shoes is going to drop as soon as the Mueller report is out. There will be criminal referrals for names that you will know and its going to reflect very badly for the Democrats.

So what? Cohen is a liar that lied AGAIN in his latest testimony to Congress. The have witnesses that he was actively trying to get the job of Trump's Chief of Staff and even Laney Davis admits he sought a Presidential pardon from trump. Indictment? When was Individual-1 ever indicted?
