Schiff: Trump should probably be indicted when he leaves office

Shiftless thinks he's Archibald Cox, but in reality he's Bozo the Clown.
:lamo:lamo:lamo and your playground name calling makes you what?
Oh never mind it must be I who does not recognize conservative virtue and intellect...

:lamo:lamo:lamo and your playground name calling makes you what?

And where do YOU stand on "playground names" such as "tRump" and anything including the word "Orange" to describe Trump?

Yes, he should proudly be indicted as soon as the next president is sworn in.

If there's a crime then I can't imagine that Republicans will let it stand. They'll vote to impeach if there's a verifiable crime....unless you think Republicans will just ignore criminal acts.

They just did ignore a crime, so what makes you think they won’t ignore the next?

How long did you expect us to keep trying to kick your football?

No. All we've seen is unsupported claims from a guy who lied to Congress, apologized to Congress for lying...and turned right around and lied again...and speculation from a raft of media talking potato heads who believe rumors.

None of that is evidence of anything.

I keep asking you to trot out your evidence...and you won't/can't.

Been there done that, you and all the cultists just remain willfully ignorant...

Just JRs emails are enough just on there own...

What criminal act did Republicans just ignore?

Two words: "sealed indictment". I would not be surprised that there weren't some on him already.

That’s the other thing you’ll do: say “WHAT CRIME??” infinity times.

We’re not going to try kicking your football anymore.

If his status as president stops him from being indicted, it should also put the statute of limitations on hold. Like being out of the country does.
So, you want to go down the road of jailing Presidents we don't like? Great....another brilliant liberal idea with no regard to later consequence...

Are Trump supporters simply unable to read?

Going for total intellectual dishonesty, eh?

Nope just the criminals..

:lamo:lamo:lamo

Yeah, no one saw that response coming...

shrug...

You seem to have a problem with some emails. What emails?

Schiff: Trump should probably be indicted when he leaves office | TheHill

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said Tuesday that President Trump should probably be indicted once he leaves the White House for his alleged role in campaign finance law violations and bank fraud.

Trump's former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, pleaded guilty last year to multiple crimes he says he carried out at Trump's behest, though most legal experts agree that a sitting president cannot be indicted.
==================================
If he gets reelected, he may be able to avoid this via the statute of limitations But if he loses next year, all bets are off.
Schiff's an idiot. He's basically saying "indict first, charges to follow". Him being Chairman makes the committee an oxymoron.

There're Trump supporters on this board who at least claim to think the following things are true:

  • Trump has said things which were factually incorrect.
  • Trump has said these things knowing that the things were untrue.
  • Trump said these things he knew were untrue in an effort to deceive people.

These Trump supporters believe the items listed above are true.
However, these Trump supporters simultaneously also claim to believe that Trump has not lied.

So, it's hard to get to bent out of shape when they start spouting CTs about the Deep State™ staying Trump's hand from locking up Crooked Killary Clinton.
...or when they maintain that there's no evidence of wrongdoing on Trump's part.

Cut these folks some slack. They've got a hard couple of decade coming.

In fifteen years, it'll be as hard to find a Trump supporter as it is to find someone who still thinks we needed to invade Iraq because Saddam Hussein was actively in cahoots with Osama bin Laden to attack the US. [Though I strongly suspect a significant overlap in the two groups — the neocons's marks and Trumpco's marks]
The invasion of Iraq is now widely seen as a serious mistake.
Someday, in about the same time frame, the election of Trump will be seen in the same light —
something those foolish people of the past did when they didn't know any better.

Shiff is a POS. If Trump committed a crime then he needs to impeach. It should be INCUMBENT on him to impeach if he knows there's a crime. If he's going to blow it off until Trump gets out of office then all he's doing is ****ing with the guy.

LOL. When every thing is said and done Shifty Schiff will be reduced to a pimple on Trump's ass.

Last week Rep. Collins released the Ohr testimony. It was damning for Shifty Schiff and the Democrats because it blew up their whole claim of collusion.

Today Rep. Collins released Lisa Page's testimony and again it leaves Shifty Schiff and his ilk holding the short end of the stick and it was damning to the upper echelon of the Obama administration including John Brennan. Whispers in Washington are saying there's a lot of folks associated with this upper echelon that are in serious trouble right now.

Canceled checks mean nothing if there is no crime.

NEWS FLASH!!! TRUMP SAYS OBAMA IS A CITIZEN!! (he said that 2 1/2 years ago, btw)

So Trump gave up on his racist attack on Obama after a decade? After it accomplished it's goal of letting his base know he was a blatant racist who would consistently attack brown skinned people? Excuse me if I don't get overly excited. Although obviously others felt differently...
