Erik Prince, the former head of Blackwater and brother of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, has acknowledged for the first time that he was present at a 2016 Trump Tower meeting at the center of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian collusion.

In an interview on Al Jazeera's "Head to Head" that aired Friday, Prince said he was present at an August 3, 2016 meeting at Trump Tower to "talk about Iran policy."

The New York Times reported last year that Prince organized a 2016 meeting at Trump Tower that included Donald Trump Jr. and Lebanese-American businessman George Nader. During that meeting, Nader reportedly said the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia wanted to aid Trump in his bid for the White House.

Actually, unless you have a direct line to any of those you mentioned, all you know about that nonsense is the rumors that the media tells you. I don't know about you, but I've always considered rumors to be very UN-fulfilling.

Erik Prince has attempted to impact policy. He has - as far as I am aware, which is mostly limited to a particular issue - not been effective.
 
If there is a chance in some far-off, distant alternate universe wherein even the most wretched among us - Trump included - are actually good people... Prince is still cozying up to mideastern despots and hijacking foreign policy to make money killing people.
